Great condo and great property. Room was very clean and had all the amenities. Only complaint was the size of the TV in one of the rooms. Would definitely recommend!

We enjoyed our 4 night 3 day stay!! The view is incredible, the beach is gorgeous, and the pools are so nice! Definitely 100% recommend.

Perfect for our family!

Beautiful condo! Everything worked as it was supposed to and we didn't have any issues. This was our 3rd year to stay at SeaChase and we loved it once again. With 3 outdoor pools to choose from, it never feels cramped or overcrowded. I will say I was a little apprehensive staying on the 15th floor but the elevators were super fast and we didn't have any issues. 10/10 experience.

Amazing Stay!

This condo is just as it is described and much more. We had an amazing week on Orange Beach and after a long day on the beach or adventures around the area, it was so nice to come back to our home base and just releax. Every morning, we would sit on the balcony listening to the waves and watching the dolphins from a distance. This condo really enhanced our visit!

Ladies Trip

A beautiful place to stay. There were extra beach chairs in closets, almost any kitchen item you'd need to cook, and extra pillows. A few friends were cold throughout the night, so they wanted to buy throw blankets. Using the door vode was easy. Having a Walmart right across the street was very convenient. Waking up and seeing the beautiful ocean and sandy beach was extremely calming. Would definitely recommend staying here.

The main bed was extremely comfortable. Lots of amenities. It was easy to check in and out. This is probably the 10th time we have stayed at Seachase. We love the pools. Beach chair rental was easy. Need to replace light by Washer/ dryer. The washer was extremely loud. May need repair. Also main toilet tower may need to be replaced. We had to replace the chain piece frequently. The kitchen was fully stocked for cooking needs. Pretty plates and bowls. Really nice views from the 3 patio doors. We enjoyed our stay very much!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit was clean and well stocked. The bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable. Beach was beautiful, balcony had comfortable chairs and a table. Beautiful view. Convenient to a mini Walmart and a grocery store, as well as a Ice cream shop across the street. One of the elevators was not working, which only left one for the building. The wait wasn’t too bad though. Pools and hot tubs galore and were not too crowded for the most part. There were a couple of small things in the bedroom with the queen bed...there was a lot of drywall dust and particles falling from the ceiling. We wiped it up and it would be back the next time we walked in. Also the queen size mattress was a bit uncomfortable. All in all, we had a great vacation and enjoyed our stay here once again at Sea Chase. See you next year!

Sea Chase - Paradise

Convenient location to restaurant shopping, Pensacola and Gulf Shores. Aronov management Staff are professional and accommodating. We were sadden to learn Feb 2023 of the significant price increase causing us to look for a different condo within Sea Chase and reduce our visit to 2 months from 3-1/2 months. We would have loved to have remained in 1502W and a Sea Chase for 3 1/2 months but it was no longer affordable even with reducing our visit to two months. Thank you Angela, Aronov Property management for finding us another unit for Jan/Feb 2024 snowbird season, that with said, we are down to 2 months. Our only critique: the paisley print round back chairs are very uncomfortable a pillow Hass to be placed in the back of the chair when the chairs recline or your tush will go through the gap.

Satisfied with a few comments for next year

Reviewer Comments: Since we will be renting this same unit next year we are requesting some action be taken in these areas; Please replace and add new substantial weather stripping around the front door. When there was a strong north wind it blew in very forcefully around the door making it very cold in the condo. The rug runners, especially in front of the sink, need to be washed or replaced. The runner in front of the sink was very dirty.Please replace the mattress protector and mattress pad in the smaller guest room with the correct size for the mattress. I think it's a queen bed but these two items are KING size so too big for the bed. This makes the bed hard to make and and uncomfortable for whoever is sleeping in it.We loved the master bedroom mattress as it was very comfortable and the master bath was the nicest we've ever had. However, the bedside tables were mismatched and the one on the far south side of the bed was very rickety and needs to be replaced. There are several spots on the couch and the dining room chairs that need to cleaned. It takes a couple cycles for clothing/towels to be finished in the dryer; longer term either the heating element or the dryer need to be replaced

We have stayed multiple times at Seachase because the units are always nice. 1502W was the BEST! The owners thought of everything! Reviewer Comments: This is my husband's and my 1st season in the condo we are renting for 3 months, 8th season at Sea Chase and overall 11th season snowbirding. The Sea Chase, Aronov management company and condos are 5 Star. The Staff is accomodating, property and condo are well maintained, indoor swimming pool, in-door Jacuzzi, surface parking,centrally located to Pensacola and Gulf Shores. Beach front, Stellar views of the Gulf of Mexico And seriously isn't that the reason for coming to come to Orange Beach. Whether you vacation on the 1st floor ground level) or the 16th, from experience, you will hear the sounds of Gulf waves rolling to the beach shore calling your name.Thank you Aronov and Sea Chase HOA

Only improvement that I saw was that unit could you a fresh painting including baseboards that were pretty rough. BEST CONDO EVER

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We absolutely loved staying at SeaChase! I’ll never stay anywhere else now. The amenities are amazing. We stayed in September so the heated indoor pool was nice. The condo itself had everything we could possibly need. Only thing I had to buy that I thought would be there was dish shop & a sponge. I will say I was A little disappointed, the pictures showed a whirlpool tub in the master bathroom but it in fact did not have a whirlpool tub. It had a tub but it was it the big one shown in the pictures which was OK I believe they did some remodeling. Definitely was not anything to complain about considering how great everything else was. We will definitely be booking this same condo again next year. The location is great, right across the street from WalMart. I can not say enough about this condo... I absolutely LOVED it!

Reviewer Comments: Our family of 8 enjoyed our stay in the Seachase West tower very much. The condo was modern and up to date. It looked very inviting from the moment you walked in. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed which was a huge plus because we ate all of our meals in the condo during our 4 day stay. We have stayed at Seachase many times because my mother is an owner. But when we have a large group we rent. My 8 year old grandson said 1502 was his favorite!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was beautiful, the walk to the beach short, everyone we encountered was pleasant, and respectful of social distancing. However, there were a few elements that were lacking. The deadbolt to the condo was broken and looked as if it had been for some time, the beds were absolutely horrible (no one got a good nights sleep,) the bathrooms were so outdated that even though they were clean they still looked dirty, and there was a charge for our second car that we were never made aware of. Right now they have you check in at 5pm (and guess what the office is closed, no chance to complain unless you want to take time out of your vacation,) and check out is 9am (annoying but for most condos that is the normal check out time.)

Bad news

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo should never have been rented. Smelled of mold and mildew, dust bunnies all over floor. Pillows and spread in master sweet smelled. Mattress in master needs to be replaced.
