Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall a good experience. Nice spacious unit. The reason I choose this unit was the pub height table and chairs on the balcony. You need to sit up higher to see over the rail. Two minor issues; in the main bedroom one of the shutters needs repair, also the bed skirt was torn. Not really a problem but needs attention.

Returned in 2019 and picked 804W because of it’s great views, cleanliness and, overall, a very nice condo. We had planned to come back to Orange Beach in 2020 but Hurricane Sally struck and we had to cancel. We were finally able to get back to Orange Beach in 2023. We chose 804W again and we’re not disappointed. If we are able to ever return to Orange Beach again and, Lord willing, we will try to stay at 804W. It is really a nice condo.

It is nicely decorated and the beds were comfortable. Really nice patio furniture including a chaise lounge which we enjoyed. Big TV in the living room, as well as decent sized TV’s in both bedrooms. One thing it didn’t have was a separate icemaker, but the refrigerator was really nice and large and made ice quickly. Seachase is a well-maintained property and the location is right in the center of Orange Beach. Only negative is that only one elevator was working the week we stayed, which was inconvenient for all. We would stay in this unit again.

We were lucky enough to find an available week the first of August, and grabbed it. In my haste, I actually booked the trip off by one day. The staff could not have been more accommodating and saved the day!! They found us a place where we could stay, until our actual reservation kicked in. The ladies were amazing and we can't thank you enough. We will see you next year :)

Wonderful stay!

We had a wonderful stay in Orange Beach for spring break! Location was perfect, condo was beautiful and we enjoyed the numerous pools, hot tub and direct access to the beach. Seachase was a perfect location-was able to walk to dinner, stores etc. Will definitely be back!

Very Disappointing!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We came from Illinois for peace, quiet and relaxation. First day at 745 am we were wakened by men blasting sanding outside our patio. This continues most of the week, and at one time particulate from building landed on us on balcony. We contacted manager but he was out and never returned our call. BathRoom also had spots on ceiling that looked like mold. This place is definitely Not worth the money and far from peaceful or relaxing.
