Les vues sur le golfe depuis la chambre principale, le salon et le grand balcon, ainsi que la décoration confortable de style cottage avec carrelage, font de ce 1 357 pieds carrés, deux chambres, deux salles de bain un appartement au seizième étage un favori du locataire.

La cuisine entièrement équipée comprend une machine à glaçons, un four micro-ondes, un lave-vaisselle et un espace buanderie avec laveuse et sécheuse. Les autres caractéristiques comprennent des plafonds de 9 pieds avec un plafond voûté généreux dans le salon et la salle à manger, des ventilateurs de plafond, le chauffage central et la climatisation, ainsi qu'une grande salle de bain principale avec bain à remous, une douche séparée vitrée, une double vasque et beaucoup d'espace de rangement.

A wonderful week away!

Great room, excellent view, and perfect for a week getaway! Location is within walking distance of grocery shopping and restaurants, and desserts!

Seachase Unit 1604 was very clean and decorated nicely. The views from the balcony are stunning. Great access to the beach.

Great stay! Perfect unit for my family of 4. We will rent again. It was clean and stocked with everything we needed for the kitchen. Even had a few beach toys in laundry room.

The weather was hot but we enjoyed the cool afternoon showers. The staff was quite accommodating and polite, a good morning was always welcome. The facilites were more than adequate.

Overall we had a great time, only negatives were the building only had one functioning elevator and even at one point it wasn’t working. Other than that we had a wonderful time and the condo had wonderful views and is very spacious.

Good family trip

We decided to take a last minute trip with our teenagers before school started back. Booked this condo, and it fit our needs nicely. The only drawback was that there weren’t many dishes and no dishwasher pods, so we had to hand wash our cups and mugs pretty frequently.

Perfect!

We enjoyed our stay so much! The condo was absolutely amazing and in the best location. We also felt very safe. We were able to walk to almost everywhere we went. It was very quiet and so cozy and comfortable. I did not want to leave. It’s the best sleep I’ve had in a long time. Great amenities as well. The beach was beautiful and the weather was perfect! I highly recommend staying here.

Beautiful Condo / Property

Everything was wonderful at Seachase 1604W! The condo was beautifully decorated and had all the essentials needed for a stay away from home! The grounds were nicely kept and the amenities were great! We will definitely be returning! I wanted to shout out to Tammy the security personnel, she was so kind and helpful! Thank you Seachase!

Absolutely immaculate property! Exactly like the pictures! Awesome view, great location! People that worked at the condos were extremely friendly! The ice maker in the bar was such a bonus! Something i can’t live without now! If you are on the fence, just rent it! You won’t regret it!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was very clean, well appointed, and all technology worked (Wi-Fi, TV ). The view is spectacular! One issue is the balcony furniture. It is so rusted out the paint/rust is flaking off. I would stay here again if this outdoor furniture was replaced.

Amazing View!

The view from the room and balcony was amazing! Sunsets were stunning off to the west. Not too high up, you can listen to the ocean without listening to the people outside below you. Great location, and always felt very secure. Everyone working was very helpful, and checking in at the security entrance from the road was very easy. The room was very clean and laid out well. My only gripe would be the patio furniture, we did not use it, it needs to be replaced. But, don't let that stop you, everything else far out weighs that small issue.

We decided to give SeaChase a try and COULD NOT HAVE BEEN MORE PLEASED! It was clean, organized and met every need. View and location cannot be improved. If I could make one tiny suggestion it would be that adding one more barstool would be nice. Otherwise, we had absolutely no complaints. Management was always visible and responded immediately to a very small request we had upon arrival, and it was very clean! WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE!!!

Fantastic Service!

The property as a whole is extremely well kept and safe. The unit itself was really nice with an exceptional view. Seascape staff would be one of the main reasons we will be returning to this property. From our first turn into the gate to our last turn out, every employee we encountered was smiling and upbeat with such a positive and helpful attitude! It is not often that can be said about an entire day somewhere, much less an entire week! Absolutely unbeatable response time from office manager when I called for maintenance on door cover/blind that would not roll up, leaky icemaker, and running out of hot water. I appreciate your unmatched service to me and my family! Pros: Property is beautiful, well-kept, and super safe. Staff could not be better! Hang on to them! Cons: Master bed desperately needs replacing. Extra blankets kept in closets would be handy for times when you have a couple of guests in the guest bedroom. It gets much cooler in that room than the rest of the unit. The guestroom is where the children will sleep.

The location/excellent. Response to questions by property mgmt was excellent. Overall pretty clean. The ground maintenance was excellent. There were a few areas that need to be addressed: 1) floors were dirty and need wet cleaning because our feet were black after walking on them. 2) dishwasher "On" button broken. 3) Toilet tissue holder in front bathroom was rusted. 4) Freezer shelf had rust. 5) Balconey table and chairs very rusty and need replacing with smaller set and loungers 6) Icemaking needs servicing or replacing - too much ice production. With these issues resolved, it would really be a penthouse experience.

Anniversary Week in Paradise!!!

Rented for a week, but 2 employees entered unannounced Tuesday without ringing doorbell or knocking. They surprised us and said the unit was marked vacant. Door needs some sort of chain lock. MBR king bed sags in middle, MBR pocket door and patio door hard to slide.Dishwasher was not secured to counter. Shower small and no handheld shower head for shaving, but whirlpool bath was great. Needs towel racks in master bath. Living area nice but couch not comfortable and no footrests. Portion of patio puddles for days after raining. Many shoes left by others at end of boardwalk to beach and is a tripping hazard. Drying rack would be helpful for wet beach towels. Pool was great and not crowded but people did drink cans in the pool. We love Sea Chase and had a beautiful week!Condo is well equipped and clean, and elevator was fast. Liked that the beach access was locked and a key fob was needed for this as well as indoor pool and exercise room.
