When you pull in, you have access to a 2 car garage, 2 driveway spots, and free street parking. There is enough parking to accommodate 7 cars total.



The house ~

When you enter the house, you are met with a large entry way with plenty of room to unload suitcases. The entryway opens up into a cozy and spacious living room. The design is clean and warm to make you feel at home. There is a large smart tv mounted and plenty of seating for everyone.



- 65" Smart TV which allows you unlimited streaming capability

2nd Family Room -

- The sectional couch is cozy and ready to be relaxed on

- The sectional pulls out easily into a Queen bed and the bedding is hidden away in the couch storage

- We have plenty of card and boards games in the house for your enjoyment

- Another - 65" Smart TV w/ streaming capabilities



~ Kitchen & Dining



- Fully equipped kitchen, w/ every item of cookware, silverware, and much more to accommodate your stay

- Our coffee bar is equipped with a coffee machine and complimentary coffee and cream. A tea assortment is also available.

- Large table that seats 8 and additional counter seating.

- There is a full bathroom located in th hall closet the bedrooms.

- Additionally, we have a high chair and children's dinnerware to accommodate those traveling with littles

Great house! Has everything you need. Had a group of high school wrestlers for an Utah Valley Camp and the house was perfect. Lots of games and plenty of space.

Our stay at Carole's home was wonderful. The house was super clean, there was a nice little fenced off yard for our dog, and the kitchen was nicely stocked. Carole was easy to communicate with and checking in was a breeze. I can't say enough how nice and clean everything was! We will definitely stay here again the next time we are in Provo.

The entire process from start to finish was seamless. The owner communicated throughout every step of the process and made us feel welcome. The place was very clean, well arranged, and I slept better here than I normally do at home. The location is perfect for us to visit our daughter-in-law, and we will definitely be back.

Great little gem that’s easy to get to and have all the amenities needed for a quick and easy trip. We just needed a place to crash for the night and this checked all the boxes. Super clean, comfortable beds and room for the family. Would definitely consider this again. The host was very communicative and very helpful. Thank you!
