Spread out and settle in—this three-level townhouse is made for memory-making and mid-day naps.
• Bedroom 1: Your top-floor retreat with a plush king bed, private ensuite, and peaceful farmland views that might just make you a morning person.
• Bedroom 2: A comfy queen bed, perfect for crashing after a day of poolside lounging.
• Bedroom 3: Full-over-full bunk beds that are kid-approved and adult-friendly—yes, grown-ups fit too.
• Bedroom 4: On the ground level, a quiet queen suite with its own ensuite bath—great for early risers or in-laws who like a little privacy.

The middle level is where the fun happens, featuring a chic living room, fully equipped kitchen, and a dining area with serene farm views—perfect for coffee, conversation, or watching cows while you sip Cabernet.

From top to bottom, there’s space to connect, space to chill, and just enough stairs to justify dessert.

IMPORTANT: the pool opens Memorial Day weekend and closes Labor Day weekend!
We do not have a long list of rules, we simply ask that our guests respect our home. No parties, no smoking/vaping inside, no loud music, and respect the space.

Absolutely no smoking in the property! You must be at least 25 feet away from the property to smoke. Any violations will result in a 500$ fee.

Check in begins at 4 pm and check out is at 11 am
