All mattresses in all the rooms are high-quality memory foam mattresses with comfortable pillows and duvet covers. Also, there are 3 bins that each contain one complete twin bed set up: blow up mattress, sheets, duvet, pillow and pillow cover. These are located in bedroom 6 and bedroom 8, but feel free to move them to wherever suits you best.

Outdoor space:

Main floor:

This multi-functional space combines the spacious kitchen with two dining rooms and two living rooms, ideal for socializing and entertainment. Large sliding doors connect you with the outdoors and invite the refreshing breeze. The living areas offer comfortable couches, stylish artwork and a 65” TV. The dining areas offer seating for 18 (10 and 8 respectively) along with 4 barstools at the kitchen island. Open the family room closet and choose from many board games and puzzles. The fully-equipped kitchen features a large island, oven, high end natural gas range, microwave, dishwasher, double sink, French door refrigerator with filtered water dispenser, large crock pot, coffee maker with coffee, blender, freezer with ice maker and all the utensils, pots, pans, and sheets needed to prepare your favorite meal. There are quality plates, bowls, glasses and silverware as well as mugs and wine glasses for 24 people and plenty of kids eating utensils. There is also a large variety of spices, olive oil and salt and pepper for your use. 

Master bedroom:

Lucky you! You’ll be vacationing in style in this massive master suite. This serene sanctuary in this fun-filled house includes double closets, a balcony with a beautiful view of the mountains, a private study area with large desk and chair, a comfortable chaise and reading lamp, a 50” TV and a newly renovated master bathroom with double vanities and a luxurious walk-in rainfall shower. Blackout curtains and a memory foam mattress on a king size bed ensure a restful night’s sleep.

Three additional bedrooms with king-sized beds:

Three additional king-sized beds, one upstairs and two in the basement, ensure that four couples have a large bed in a private room with that locks to escape from kids and concerns. Each room has stylish wallpaper, nightstands with lights and charging outlets, a full-size mirror, top-rated memory foam mattresses, black out curtains, closet space, luggage racks and three out of four have a 50” TVs.

Basement:

This fun, football themed room with iconic BYU football player jerseys, mannequins and murals feels like a modern museum and will provide memorable photo ops to share with all your friends. It makes the ideal place to watch the game with an 85” TV, comfortable couch, bean bags and  bean bag chairs, fully stocked popcorn machine, youth football uniforms for the kids to dress up in and a luxurious 14' shuffleboard table. And what's that locked door in the corner go to? iIt's an amazing themed ESCAPE ROOM that will have you talking for a long time. Purchase as an add-on at checkout. 

Additional rooms and amenities:

Four additional upstairs rooms offer sleeping for 17 more guests with a queen, a full, and 13 twin beds, each with top-rated memory foam mattresses and duvets. Add three more blow-up twin mattresses with full linens and this makes sleeping arrangements for 28 people! Each room offers unique BYU themed design with black out curtains and the back bunk room offers a 65” TV for a place for all the kids to gather and watch what they want. 

Lightning fast 10G internet is available throughout the house. Relax in the nook for four perfect for catching up and warming up in front of the large bay windows. Two work desks are available for anyone needing to catch up on a little work or study.

Additionally, there is a pack-and-play crib and a highchair for your little one, a closet full of board games and puzzles and an area in the laundry room to hang your boards and skis after a day on the slopes.

Escape room: yes, you read that right. This Short Term Rental has its own escape room, professionally done, themed with an escape that will leave you in awe. This is the only indoor space that is monitored via video camera and can be purchased as an add-on at checkout.  One fee and everyone in your group can participate. Does require commitment to reset the room once completed.

*QUIET HOURS ARE STRICTLY ENFORCED. PLEASE NO LOUD NOISES, PLAYING ON THE SPORTS COURT OR MUSIC OUTSIDE AFTER 10PM (this is a quiet neighborhood...please help us keep our neighbors happy so we can continue to offer this home as a place to gather.)
