• Main floor: 1 queen bedroom with ensuite, cozy living room, formal dining room, fully stocked kitchen, and a big family room with theater seating.
• Upstairs: Primary suite with queen bed, ensuite, and deck access; another queen room with its own deck access and nearby bath; plus two fun bunk rooms (2 bunks each) with a Jack-and-Jill bathroom.
• Extras: Laundry area with washer, dryer, and garment dryer. Plenty of parking—bring your cars, boats, or both.
