Cute and comfortable apartment in quiet neighborhood. Close to all the attractions without the chaos. Uber ride downtown was around 20-30 depending on time. Overall nice place for the price.
We came to town for a family funeral. This was the perfect fit for us. We could come back to the apartment and have a quiet evening. Our dog came with, and was welcomed by the homeowners. It was such a nice retreat, we would definitely stay again.
Scott and Elaine were amazing hosts. They were super helpful and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The little apartment was perfect for our Nashville trip!
This stay was exactly as described. Owners were very accomodating, to meet our needs and needs of pet. Made everything super easy. No "To do list" before checking out which was much appreciated. Perfect for our short trip to Nashville with our dog.
The place is good for 2-3 adults max. Just know that the only bathroom is in the only bedroom, so be aware of that if you have an extra guest. Also, no access to the backyard, but that was ok for our group.
The place was clean and well stocked. Would stay here again if I am ever back in the area.
I loved this place. The only thing that I did not like was the Sofa bed, it was very uncomfortable, I could feel all the metals in my back and I was not able to sleep very well. Other than that , the place is very good for a family.
I would definitely stay here again if I were in the Nashville area! The apartment was cute and tidy! The hosts allow you complete privacy to come and go as you please, but are quick to answer any questions/concerns that you may have! Itâs a convenient distance from downtown Nashville, so you can spend all day in the city but come back to a quiet neighborhood for the night! I would definitely recommend this spot to future short term renters!
Friendly hosts, clean apartment, simple check in/out. The apartment has EVERYTHING you may need which was a nice change from other rentals. Our kids and dogs were right at home. Not far from the city, but away from the craziness of downtown. You can hear the airplanes taking off, but we got used to it pretty quickly and didnât even notice after the first day.
My husband and I stayed with our three dogs (medium and large sizes). The hosts were very nice and welcoming and short distance from downtown Nashville. We got an Uber to get to the stadium/broadway and it was very affordable! The apartment was perfect for what we needed... towels are provided to clean the dogs paws from outside dirt, a cover to protect their sofa so the dogs could get on it, etc. They have made the space very welcoming. We hope to stay here in the future.
Scott was born in Nashville. If you have a few hours, he will tell you where all the Civil War battle sites are and where dirt roads used to be that are now freeways. Elaine moved to Nashville in 1994. We met in the singles class at church and married 17 years ago. We live upstairs but will give you complete privacy during your stay. We are only a text or a knock on the door away if you need anything at all. We have 2 dogs; so beware if you have pet allergies.
Scott is a cellular engineer and a ham radio operator so living on a hill is where he wants to be. From our home we can see downtown Nashville 10 miles away and Short Mountain 40 miles away. We are 7 miles from great shopping at Cool Springs Galleria and 7.6 miles from upscale The Mall at Green Hills.
