To ensure a seamless and luxurious experience, please take note of the following details. Check-in is at 3:00 PM, allowing ample time to settle into your penthouse sanctuary. Check-out is at 11:00 AM. Complimentary parking is available on-site. Should you require assistance with luggage or have any questions during your stay, our dedicated 24-hour concierge is readily available. Kindly be aware that Vita Tulum operates a septic treatment system; therefore, only toilet paper should be flushed. Feminine hygiene products and other objects should be disposed of in the wastebasket. We kindly request that our white towels are not used for removing makeup or cleaning purposes. The rooftop pool is open from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM daily, offering breathtaking views. No diving is permitted, and we ask that you respect the tranquility of the area by using headphones when listening to music and keeping conversations at a low volume. For local transportation, please provide a three-hour advance notice for airport transfers. We want to provide a safe and inclusive environment, and only registered guests are allowed to use the amenities and to stay overnight.
