Feeling lucky? Challenge friends/family to a game of cards. The poker table comes equipped with poker chips, cards, leather wrist rests and drink holders. Play a game of hoops or get 'PUMPED' before heading out for the night with our full indoor gym consisting of a stationary bike, free weights, pull up bar, skipping rope, mirrors and a workout bench.

• No smoking inside the home – rooftop & outdoor areas only please dispose of cigarettes in a safe manner (eg. a bottle/can half filled with water and capped)
• No unauthorized parties or events – pre-booked group celebrations welcome!
• Turn off jets & close the lid when the hot tub is not in use.
• Please no food or drink in or around the hot tub. If there is evidence of spillage (water turns color etc.) there will be an additional fee of up to $500
• No pets allowed aside from service dogs as defined by the ADA.
Violations of these rules will result in additional fees and possible cancellation of the reservation.
• Please use plastic cups, wine glasses and Corelle plates when dining outside.
• Respect the neighbors – quiet hours from 11 PM–8 AM
• Maximum guests: 12 (registered on reservation)
• Please rinse off before using the hot tub
• Report any damage or maintenance issues promptly
• Treat our home like your own – enjoy and have fun responsibly!

Items left behind will be held for up to 14 days. Guests are responsible for shipping and handling costs. We are not responsible for lost or forgotten items.
