We loved our stay here! The property itself was located a little outside of downtown Nashville (exactly what we wanted) and was perfect. The space itself fit all of us comfortably for our combined bachelor and bachelorette trip. The host was easy to get in contact with and was always able to accommodate my requests. The space was clean, nicely decorated, and spacious. We would book this property again!

We rented two condos and they met our needs perfectly.We loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom. Plenty of common space. It was a great find.

Amazing place

Place was amazing, and clean. Only downside is the neighborhood is not the best to walk around, and highway noise on deck is very loud.

Overall the property was well maintained and any issues were promptly addressed by the managers only one concern we had was lack of water pressure on the third floor.

Great place!

Accommodations were just as expected. Beds were very comfortable and units were well equipped. The HVAC in Unit 4 struggled to stay cool. Parking was not an issue and liked having a garage. Close to downtown and everyone had a great time!

It was roomy. Had all the supplies and utensils. Perfect for our large group; plenty of space. Happy we were able to book both units together. Close to downtown. It was an average 10-15 an Uber/lyft ride. If you do have a large vehicle it barely fits in the garage. Would come back again!

Place was okay for what we needed. Located right on the freeway. Close enough to town ($13 Uber to Broadway). Took a while for hot water to reach master bath (several minutes, not seconds).

Adorable Rental

We rented 2 Units for our large party. Both units were clean and well equipped! Beds, linens, pots/pans, kitchen gadgets were nice quality. Two car garage was a nice plus. Location was not far from downtown. Great stay! Would highly recommend!

Great property

We really enjoyed our stay. With having the 2 side by side units it was great for a group of 12. Each couple had their own bathroom which was important to us. Ubers to Broadway ranged anywhere from $9 to $30 depending on time of day. Communication with the property manager was awesome, they were very prompt and helpful.
