FAQ's...

EARLY CHECK-IN OPTIONS
Many flights land early in the morning at Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport. For this reason we offer a half-day add on, if the calendar permits, allowing you to arrive as early as 9am! Ask about that option when booking. If a guest is checking out the day of your arrival or if we have scheduled maintenance, the half-day option/early check-in won't be possible.

LATE CHECKOUT
Not Likely. Just as we did for your arrival, we must prepare again for the next guest. If your flight leaves late in the day, consider booking a half-day if our schedule permits. Let us know if you are interested in this option.

POOL HEATING FEE
Yes! We recommend heating the pool from October through April if you'll want to get in comfortably. Due to the high utility cost of running the pool heater, we offer this amenity as an add-on in order to keep the cost of the accommodation lower for those who do not want it. Pool heating is $50/night OR $300/week + taxes and fees.
LUGGAGE DROP OFF: Unavailable
Our partner, Scottsdale Bachelorette is a great option for this service!

Can I book for a friend, family member, or co-worker?
No. Third party bookings are prohibited. Please have the person who is staying book themselves.
