JUST REMODELED!!! UPGRADED KITCHEN, ALL NEW APPLIANCES, UPDATED FURNITURE & BEDROOM SETS, BRAND NEW FLOORING & BATHROOM AMENITIES.
Paradise found here with Spectacular Views in a beautifully decorated 2 bedroom, 2 full bathroom condo! Itâs equipped to sleep up to 6, but not recommended if youâre looking for comfort. A total of 4 adults and 2 children would be the maximum recommended number of individuals to maximize all available sleeping options without sacrificing comfort & space for this condo.
There is a brand new King size mattress in the master, and a brand new full size mattress along with a futon couch & a pull out trundle bed underneath the futon. There are 2 firm & sturdy couches in the living room that do not have pull out beds. This unit is a family friendly, gamerâs delight with an Indoor Shuffleboard Table, outdoor Dart Board, and some classic board games such as Monopoly, Yahtzee, & Scrabble. You will love the privacy of this large corner unit with a private deck! Spacious 2 bedroom 2 bathroom unit with all the amenities you will need, included (WiFi, Apple TV, Cable TV, Streaming Apps, & Telephone Services are all included). There is a stocked kitchen with a Keurig, along with a standard coffee maker, brand new dishwasher, brand new stove/oven, brand new microwave, a brand new full size refrigerator, and a new stackable washer/dryer is located in the master unit, as well. Park your boat for the day on the public beach and watch it from your condo with a beachfront view from your balcony, and thereâs also direct & private access to the beach a few steps away. (There are no boat docks on this particular beach, and so overnight mooring can, and will be ticketed. This area is considered to be a state beach and is monitored quite often , so overnight mooring is not advised.
You will not be disappointed! Walk over to the Historical London Bridge, or to the town shops and restaurants, club Kokomoâs, or catch the Casino Ferry in less than a 5 minute walk. This unit is Located in a Highly Desirable Private & Gated Community, known as Kingsview. The complex has itâs own parking lot for KingsView guests only, which includes 1 vehicle parking pass and your choice to park either at the boat and trailer parking, covered garage parking, or carport parking; all of which are handicapped accessible to the elevators. Discounted Monthly Rates for Extended Winter Rentals are available upon request.
Additionally, if youâd like to bring your pup, our unit is one of the few in this complex that accepts dogs (with an added fee per pup, and we request they be under 20lbs). There is a mandatory cleaning fee that is paid directly to our cleaning crew, who strive to go above and beyond the normal requirements & recommendations that have been mandated post Covid. A rental contract with info, rules, & guidelines will be sent to all renters before their arrival date, as well as individualized access codes for non-contact check-in/check-out procedures. There is a BBQ provided on the back balcony of this unit, but comes with a strict policy to follow when using it, due to local restrictions, if policies are not followed, guests may incur extra fees accordingly. There's also an electric grill & a Gorge Foreman grill, which can be found in the kitchen cabinets.

I took the time to put together each piece of furniture by myself and designed every single inch of this unit. Itâs every bit a piece of me and reflects who I am. This condo has been a special refuge for my kids & I thru the years, to reconnect & create priceless memories. Itâs my hope to share this experience with others so they can create their own memories at our Beachside Havasu Hideaway⊠itâs our home away from home.
