Enjoy stunning sunsets overlooking the lake and mountains from either the patio sitting area or the hot tub. This clean and quiet 1,700 sf 3-Bd, 2-Bath vacation rental offers everything needed including full access to the 2 car garage for the toys, and plenty of driveway parking. Large walk in shower and separate jet tub to soak and relax for your private time away from home. Located approximately 8 minutes to the Lake and just a couple blocks from the open desert, nearby golf and downtown, grocery stores, coffee shops and the local pizza joint! Our home also includes a fully stocked kitchen for cooking family meals., as well as full size Washer/Dryer, high speed internet, Smart TV. Hot Tub is heated 24/7 at no charge and the home now includes a large game room with full size games!

Amazing place!

Absolutely recommend! We had 6 adults, a 3 y.o and a small dog and it was perfect for us all. Plenty of room, great kitchen and we loved the hot tub and game room! The master bed room had the most comfortable bed/comforter, and the bathtub was fabulous!

This is a great property. I've never had an indoor garage before. It was pretty awesome. They had coffee and laundry detergent for us, I had a special request in the shower that they went out of their way to accommodate and I can't say enough about how great these hosts are. The place is beautiful, in a quiet neighborhood and we had a great stay. Look forward to staying there again next year.

Great location, great set up for two families

Having two king beds for adults is wonderful, the bunk room comfortably slept our 3 kids and their two cousins. The house set up was great and the addition of the game room in the garage was wonderful for the kids. The hot tub was large enough for all 4 adults to have plenty of room.

This place has everything you need. Our group of 12 stayed comfortably, wish we stayed longer! Beds were super comfortable. Even the carpet was comfortable to sleep on, even though none of us had to. We’re already planning our next trip and this place is definitely where we’d like to stay again!

I was so comfortable staying here, I felt safe at all times. The house is very pretty. The beds were comfortable as well as the couch. The house had everything we needed & more. The garage was amazing, so big! The house was not far from the restaurants or grocery store. The jacuzzi was amazing & the backyard was big & clean!

Alaska Snowbird Fun

We greatly enjoyed our stay! Property was located near all Lake Havasu City amenities, easy to access and had a great view of the lake. We enjoyed this view and lots of sunsets from the large hot tub in the back yard. House was very clean and well stocked for our three week stay. The garage was greatly appreciated, especially in January and early February where temperatures can be lower and sometimes windy. The large master bedroom was comfortable and much appreciated. Sarah and Edward communicated quickly and clearly at all stages of our stay so any questions or instructions were addressed if needed. We didn’t use the game room much but would be fantastic for families with kids! We really liked the air hockey! I will highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Lake Havasu City! The overall stay we had was outstanding and prices were very reasonable for such a wonderful experience
