Spacieux 2 chambres 2 salle de bain avec toutes les commodités (avec WiFi et Apple TV, une cuisine équipée avec un Keurig et laveuse / sécheuse dans l'unité) pour rendre votre séjour de vacances aussi confortable et facile que possible! Tirez votre bateau et regardez-le depuis votre condo avec vue sur la plage et barbecue sur votre propre balcon spacieux! Vous ne serez pas déçu! Marchez jusqu'à London Bridge, les boutiques et restaurants de la ville, Kokomo et le bateau du casino en moins de 5 minutes. Communauté fermée privée avec son propre parking pour les clients de King's View uniquement avec un parking pour bateaux et roulottes. Les locations mensuelles d'hiver sont les bienvenues avec un prix ajusté en conséquence; et en plus notre unité est l'une des rares dans ce complexe qui accepte les animaux (avec un dépôt supplémentaire).

Kitchen newly remodeled

Great location in the Kings View condos. Everything you need was in the kitchen to prepare a meal. Attention to detail and the perfect place for a fur baby. Everything is labeled as well so it makes it easy!

Thanksgiving stay

We had a great Thanksgiving holiday staying there to visit family. The unit was very comfortable and accommodating for our small family. This is a great location, and walking distance to many spots. Perfect view of the London Bridge.

Wonderful!

This place was very well stocked, clean, allowed pets and owners were great to work with! Right on the river, beautiful views, close to shops and dinning. We had a wonderful time and will return next year for sure!

King’s View Condo

Fantastic Location on the water off the London bridge channel! Walking distance to London Bridge Resort. Great beach! Unit is one of the cutest I have seen. Has everything you need and a comfy bed! Very clean and updated! We love this unit!

Perfect location

We loved our stay! We ended up getting early check in after reaching out to the owner. Communication was seamless and quick. I stayed with my husband and two children (5 and 2) and had plenty of room. Kitchen is fully stocked, there’s a Keurig and a drip coffee maker. They also supply a large trash can so we didn’t even need to make multiple trip to the dumpster during our 5 night stay. Air conditioning works great - although they ask that it does not be turned lower than 75 degrees during the summer months which is understandable. But it does get warm at night so utilize the ceiling fan in the master and bedside fan in the other bedroom. They even supply a dog crate and dog lifejackets if you are bringing your pets. Very cute. I would absolutely stay here again. Location is perfect! 2nd floor, end unit - quick access to the beach. Thank you for everything!

Very clean, very organized, very friendly host with quick responce time! We have stayed at multiple condos here at kings view this is one of our new favorites! We would definitely book havasu hide away for our family vacations again :)

Excellent Condo and Location

Newly remodeled. Excellent end location with large deck with views overlooking the Channel. Having the beach was great to park our boat during the day. The unit is clean and the owner did a great job decorating! Very comfortable. This is our third time renting this condo.

Great Location

Location of this condo is awesome. It is great to have the beach out front to park the boat during the day and either hang out on the beach or head inside and take a break from the heat. We have stayed at 4 other units in this complex, and this one is the most thoughtfully appointed, down to the foot wash bucket provided so you don’t track sand in. The corner unit provides added privacy and is adjacent to a small gravel area with plants that is ideal if you are bringing your dog. Communication with the host is excellent and any questions were promptly addressed. We have already booked our next trip.

Don't waste your money on this dump!

If you want a boating vacation in Havasu, you can't beat this location. But over the past several summers we have stayed at several units in this complex and this was by far the worst experience we've ever had. -There was old pizza in the microwave when we arrived and the host admitted it was her sons. Disgusting. -The listing stated there was fully stocked Keurig. So we didn't bring our own coffee, which we normally do. Turns out there was a coffee pot AND a Keurig stocked ONLY with hot chocolate. No coffee! -The BBQ was in awful condition when we arrived. The grease trap was completely full, which is a very dangerous fire hazard. -The towel rack in the front bedroom was barely hanging on the wall, also dangerous. -There was a nasty rusted drain that dripped in the master bathroom non-stop. Looks like black mold, also dangerous. -Nearly all of the silverware in the kitchen was dirty with food particles on them. We brought and used all disposable dishware and silverware as theirs did not look safe to eat off. We left the unit in a cleaner condition than we found it in and somehow the host had the nerve to try to charge us for cleaning and damages. Complete fraud and scammer.

Great location, spactious, and comfortable

Although we love our boat, we found ourselves hanging out at the condo quite a bit enjoying the view of the bridge and channel. The place was well stocked and well labeled. We had 2 families of 4, kids slept comfortably on the couches and the futon in the 2nd bedroom. Other than not being able to find the blow up mattress and no ice maker - this place is fantastic and we will definitely come again. Thanks!

Whether you decide to book your next vacay at our Beachside Havasu Hideaway or at a different location, may you cherish every minute you are blessed with and take advantage of each moment possible; for time is limited, never promised, & something you will never get back…. So live it, enjoy it, savor it, and appreciate it…. Because those are the memories that will outlast your lifetime. 💗

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

For the Beachfront Access and For its Location in the Channel; it’s definitely far enough away from the hard core debauchery, but still close enough to experience the excitement from a reasonable distance.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

One of the only few units that Allows Pets. (A separate fee will be assessed per dog, to cover the extra time, supplies & costs necessary to properly maintain & sanitize the unit after your stay. Additional Incidental Fees will also be assessed to cover any extra cleaning fees from potty accidents & other misc. costs. If anything is found by my cleaning crew or management team, soon after departure. A very detailed checklist is used to catalog every item found inside the unit and can be made available upon request. This is done for your protection prior to check-in, and for the protection of the guests arriving after you check-out.

ALSO, many New Upgrades have recently been completed inside the unit. Within the past year I have completely remodeled the kitchen and installed brand new cabinetry, as well as installed new Hardwood Flooring, Painted the entire interior, completely refurnished every single piece of furniture throughout every room (which also includes brand new king & queen size mattresses), as well as replace every appliance found inside the unit (which includes a brand new Stovetop Oven, Refrigerator, Dish Washer, Microwave, Kitchen Sink, faucet, outdoor BBQ on the patio, and a stackable front loading Washer & Dryer. Plus, prior to the beginning of this calendar year, I had purchased a new brand new AC unit along with changing & giving the unit a fresh new look that included new linens, towels, and bedding. The only item yet to be finished and completed is the install of my custom stone countertops, which should be completed soon enough. But for now, it currently has brand new corian countertops that are currently being used in the interim. As you can probably see, this condo is home for us and we take care of it as such.
