La propriété au bord du lac dispose de 75 pieds de façade de niveau avec un quai permanent de 80 pieds et un treuil pour bateau. Une charmante cuisine et salle à manger de campagne et un salon spacieux vous offrent beaucoup d'espace pour vous détendre en famille ou pour recevoir des amis. Profitez de la sérénité de ce lac paisible depuis la terrasse enveloppante, dînez dans la véranda avec vue sur le lac ou détendez-vous sur votre propre plage! Relaxing stay at the lake

We had a lovely week at the lake house. It was very clean and comfortable. There were four kayaks available for us to use and also a very nice firepit. Nice deck over the water to listen to the waves. We spent a lot of time in the sunroom.

Our Yearly Lake Trip

We have been coming to this beautiful lake home for 3 years and will continue to be back. The house is well stocked and clean. It is in a perfect location for outings and walks around the town (we use the playground and tennis courts a lot). Lori is extremely easy to communicate with and ensures a seamless stay. I highly recommend this property.

Family stay second year in a row

We stayed at the property last summer and enjoyed our stay so much we decided to book again for this year. However, there were some things last year we chose not to say anything about, thinking they were just overlooked. Though, this year, some items were in poorer condition versus last year.

Perfect stay on the lake

We've rented several houses on Lake Geneva, and this was by far the nicest. The house was immaculate and exactly as described. The communication with the owners before and during the stay was excellent. Most importantly, this is not a cookie cutter rental. It's a house that the people live in when it's not being rented, and it shows. I hope we will have the chance to stay here again.

Perfect place to relax

A perfect place to share with family. Every gadget you need to create great meals with lots of plates, bowls, silverware and pots/pans. Water so relaxing, having the use of kayaks and life jackets was a great bonus. The water is shallow at lake edge so looking for beach glass and playing in the water was nice. Swimming off the end of dock nice because we could stand and kids could jump in. The porch was great for morning coffee, games at the table and evening cocktails. Wineries and breweries close by for visiting. Great place to land for vacation.

Family Vacation

We had a wonderful time at the property! The house was clean and had everything we needed to have a fun week at the lake. We spent a lot of time on the sun porch. The kayaks were so much fun. We will miss floating in the lake and sipping wine on the dock!

Great property Had so much fun with my family and three kids Lots of water activities and situated right next to a park so kids had fun walking over to that Nice outside seating area right near the water with a shore line so kids could walk out into water Dock had a gate to keep little children off dock, use of kayaks and paddle boat. Wonderful Retreat

It was hard to leave this gem of a vacation home. The sun porch was a great place to read, puzzle or eat. The kids loved the lake, the ducks and the sand box. This is a very special property.

Beautiful, secluded spot

While the house and property were perfect for a lake vacation, we especially enjoyed the quiet town and proximity to lots of activities. Lori was exceptionally responsive to any questions and gave great recommendations for things to do. We will be back!

Great Getaway!

Everything was managed professionally and with an eye for comfort and enjoyment. The kitchen was thoroughly equipped, the bed was comfortable, the options for relaxing are varied. House, locations, amenities, and owners were all that we look for in a relaxing family trip!

The house was as advertised! It was clean and well stocked. The location was terrific for our 2 families with children. Right on the water for easy boating - they provided excellent kayaks and paddle boat. Dock was great for swimming. Public beach right next was a nice alternative for kids to use and run around in the park. Located close to best wineries in Finger Lakes, best ice cream stand in Upstate NY, and Penn Yan when we needed supplies.

Year #2 Even Better!

Second time around in this property and it was even better than the first time. Lori and Eric are excellent, very easy to work with and willing to help anytime you need to text or call. House was clean and very well stocked. Boats, fire pit, dock, etc. were well used outside. Would stay here again and again.

Beautiful Home, Wonderful Owner

We absolutely loved our stay in the Lake House on Seneca!! Pictures really do not do justice to this lovely house and how idyllic the setting is - I've never seen such crystal clear water in the US! The newly remodeled bathrooms are fantastic and the house is incredibly well-stocked. The location with regard to attractions around the Finger Lakes is fantastic and made getting around easy. The owner is lovely and was incredibly helpful from a distance. We left already planning our return - highly recommended!!

Great family house.

The kitchen and baths appear to have recently been updated. Flooring as well. The kitchen is wonderfully stocked. Loved the pantry cupboard! Enclosed porch on the lake side was great place for the kids to entertain themselves for a while. Neighbors were friendly and helpful. What more could we ask for - except a bit more sunshine!

We fell in love when we first entered the home and looked out the window and saw the panoramic view of the lake and the clarity of the water. It’s truly our happy place.
