Great place to stay with family. Can’t ask for a better location. Right on a lake, we enjoyed kayaking and sitting outside. Game room was a big bonus. Would definitely stay there again.

Simple check in process and the place was extremely clean and tidy, exactly as advertised. The game room came in handy for the kids when dealing with some unfortunate rain. Location couldn't be beat with numerous breweries and wineries right down the road and Smokin Pete's BBQ.

Wonderful Stay

We recently spent 5 days at this lovely lakeside cottage. The house was exactly as advertised. Very clean and perfect size for 2 of us. The weather didn't cooperate so much but the views were still beautiful. The location was good - about 25 minutes to Watkins Glen to the south and 15 minutes to Geneva to the north. There's nothing within walking distance but we expected that when we booked. We loved the wineries, the casino in Waterloo and had an unexpected surprise with seeing the local Amish community. Would definitely recommend this house.

This home was relaxing and tranquil!

This was the perfect place to stay for our family. The location and view of the water were wonderful. The home was clean and had everything we needed to cook meals and enjoy eating and relaxing by the water. We will definitely be rebooking if we are in the area again!

The place was absolutely beautiful. Everything was brand new and exceptionally clean. It was stocked with all of the basic essentials to make our 2 night stay feel effortless and comfortable. The location is perfect for a quiet, romantic getaway, or an active family looking to use the lake for water activities. We would love to come back for another visit some day.

Entire unit was spotless, great location right on the water, about 20mins south of Geneva. Excellent communication with the owners as well. We’ll definitely come back in the summertime!

Winter wonderland on the lake!

This is a wonderful, comfortable home with everything you need for a relaxing time on the lake. We enjoyed the snowy days and the beautiful sunrise views from the sun room. The Vibe team were so helpful and I will contact them first when I plan to be in the Fingers Lake area again.

Great Dock & Clean Property

The outdoor space and view really shine here. The dock area is spacious without neighbors very close by.The property is clean, well maintained and has a great fully stocked kitchen.We absolutely loved our stay!

Gorgeous October weekend

We were lucky to have incredible weather for October and enjoyed the area immensely (Penn Yan, Geneva, Watkins Glen). The property was ideally located, very clean, quiet. Lakefront views with coffee in the mornings, hikes and bike rides, winery visits in the afternoons, and delicious farm to table meals for dinner. Great stay with attentive hosts.

We have traveled extensively and also had a vrbo, so I want to share some extra details.First, we were very happy with the property. Cleanliness, quiet, privacy from neighbors and the overall feel of the house were perfect.The kitchen is well stocked. There is an automatic drip coffeemaker as well as the Keurig and they kindly give you a little coffee for both, no decaf. I note this for others, because Vibe answered my inquiry incorrectly.The porch near the bbq is on the main floor, right off the sunroom, and is a nice place for enjoying the view outdoors. The next level down has a roof, and offers sunshine as well as shade, this was our favorite spot. We also had some fun in the game room on this level. It has a TV, 2 seats, a multi game machine as well as a driving machine and Foosball.Lots of water floating toys and folding chairs to put on the docks.There is a TV in both the LR and sunroom. They even supply beach towels.The only drawback was feeling a little on display and self conscious at times with the camera on the shed aimed at a LR window that has no shade.The place made for a great 25th anniversary! A central location with great views in a house that is just lovely!

Nice lakeside location

Overall, it was a good stay for two people. Comfortable living room and a kitchen that provided pretty much everything we needed for our stay. We enjoyed the view from the sunroom at breakfast. Good centralized location for exploring places up and down the lake. As the weather was a bit warmer in October, we were able to enjoy sitting down on the dock some days, read, and admire the lake. The only caveats I have for a less than perfect stay: - The main bedroom is much too small for the king bed it holds. In fact, it seemed like it was not only wide for the space, but too “tall” (like it had extra padding), making it difficult to climb up on the bed or sit on it to put on shoes. - Be aware that there are train tracks in front of the house. (We did know this in advance and were told that it generally isn’t a problem for people. But being woken up between 7 and 8 AM every morning proved to be less than desirable for us….)

The house is small, but well laid out and very clean and the kitchen definitely does have everything you need. I’m someone who likes to be overprepared and I really only had to get food at the store. I really like the location being in the middle of the lake because you had access to Penn Yan town which had grocery store and restaurants and Watkins Glen was 30 minutes south and Geneva was like 15 minutes north so you had lots of options for restaurants. We made great use of the paddleboard and all the floats. It was easy to walk in the water and swim or just float since we didn’t have a boat. We spent most of our time in the sun room playing cards at the table, fishing off the dock, or just sitting in the two chairs off of the sunroom, enjoying the view. The house is just near the train tracks. It only passed maybe twice a day and they don’t blow the horn and the kids love waving to the conductor.
