- You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID prior to check-in.
- You acknowledge that you will need to undergo a background check if required by the property management company or the owner as a condition of booking. In the rare case of a failed check, we reserve the right to deny entry. A full refund will be provided, as long as you cancel on your end.
- You understand that your check-in instructions will be withheld until you have successfully completed our verification process.
- Refusal to complete the check: If the form is not completed, or if requested IDs for additional guests are not provided, no refund will be issued, and access to the property will not be granted.
- All guests are subject to verification checks and must provide the necessary information within 24 hours of booking. Same-day bookings must provide the information within 1 hour of booking. We reserve the right to cancel any reservation that does not meet our verification criteria.

ă NO SMOKING ă Smoking indoors will result in a $500.00 fine. Removing smoke smell and nicotine from the walls is an extremely time intensive process.
ă PETS ă Pets are not allowed in this building. Evidence of unregistered pets will result in a $600.00 fine charged to guests.
ă NO PARTIESă There is a $1,000.00 surcharge charged to groups that are deceitful about the use of the unit. Please be transparent and honest. Guests partying will be asked to vacate the property immediately without refund.
ă TAMPERING WITH SAFETY DEVICESă There is a smoke and noise detecting devise within the suite. For the safety of all guests and the property, tampering with or disabling smoke detectors, carbon monoxide detectors, or noise monitoring devices is strictly prohibited. Unplugging, removing batteries, covering, or disabling any safety or monitoring device will result in an immediate fine of $250 per incident. These devices are installed in accordance with Airbnbâs safety guidelines and are in place solely to ensure guest safety and maintain neighborhood peace. If you are experiencing issues with any device (e.g., beeping, false alerts), please contact us immediately and we will assist right away.
ă NO UNREGISTERED GUESTSă All guests must be registered for liability purposes. â€A surcharge of $350.00 per undeclared guest per night will be applied for each unapproved guest. Our cleaners and inventory is scheduled and prepared according to the number of guests occupying the unit.
ă SECURITY CAMERA ă Under no circumstances is the security camera to be removed or disabled in any way that is found on the outer door frame of the unit. This is a stipulation and requirement from building management for our units and the camera must be functional at all times. Any cameras removed or disabled will be considered a violation of the booking and a fine of $500 is applicable. This security camera captures activity Outside of the unit only.
ă CHECK-OUT TIMES ă Check-out times are firm unless scheduled and confirmed 24 hours in advance and only if it does not disturb upcoming guest reservations. â€$50.00/hour penalty is applied if guests fail to check out by 10 am as my cleaners are on tight schedules.
ă GARBAGE ă Garbage is to be thrown out in a sealed bag in the trash chute on your floor. Garbage is not to accumulate in the unit and is not to be disposed of anywhere else in the building and community amenities. Be sure to breakdown all boxes and seal all bags. Soiled trash, like pizza boxes, cannot be recycled. The trash cans in the parking garage and amenity spaces are for loose trash only. Disposing of Large Boxes and Large or Irregular Items: Trash can be disposed of in the trash rooms. Be sure to breakdown all boxes and seal all bags.
ă LOCK ALL WINDOWS & DOORS ă Please lock all windows and doors if you are not home and upon check-out.
ă LIGHTS ă Please turn off lights when not in use. Please make sure all lights are turned OFF at the time of check-out.
ă SHOESă Outdoor shoes are to be left by the front door and not to be worn throughout the inside of the unit.
