Had an excellent experience staying at this home in NE Minneapolis. Very spacious with many bedrooms that were able to host my friends and I for a night. Check in was simple and communication with our host was great.
The host was very great at communication and flexible on our check out time. Would definitely rent again. The only challenges were that the front steps need some attention and the low beds were difficult for my father with mobility issues.
We were in town for a wedding. This property was close to the venue, Nicollet Island. the home had great indoor and outdoor space. Family members came from. 4 states, we each a room to sleep in, kitchen to cook breakfasts, lunches, and outdoor space to chill in. The host was very helpful, we were thankful for all it offered.
The check in process was smooth and great. The host had great communication throughout. The inside of the house was as expected. However, the upstairs shower and the basement aren't made for tall people and the outside of the house from the front looked a little rough around the edges. That said the beds and living quarters were clean and overall this was a very nice place to stay. I would recommend this place to anyone visiting the Minneapolis area as the host and the house were great.
We had a group of 7 in the house and it was very comfortable. It's a great location for downtown Minneapolis activities. The basement is unfininished and smelled musty so we found it unusable but there was plenty of space on the main floor. Eric was quick to respond to any questions.
We loved our weekend in the NE Arts District! The house was PERFECT for our family...the charm of the house is so inviting and warm. We have zero complaints!!
The house was perfect for our visit to Minneapolis. We were there to take in the Gopher football game and the location allowed us to enjoy the surrounding area and convenient to get downtown to the campus and stadium. The house had lots of room and everything needed for our weekend stay. Eric was easy to work with and answered any questions promptly. It made for a great weekend with family that traveled from multiple states to be together.
There was 8 of us and sleeping worked out wonderfully since it was a 4 bedroom. The location was perfect. We walked to dinner and a few bars. The beds were very comfortable. I would suggest explaining how AC machines work, only took us a couple minutes but woke up every morning hot. Also, it be nice for a full length mirror somewhere (8 girls getting ready). Overall had a great time and would recommend anyone to stay here.
Family gathered together to celebrate 50th wedding anniversary
Great location, great and responsive host, lots of sleeping space, lots of restaurants in the neighborhood, convenient location to downtown - made the weekend very special for our family!
We had a great time in this home. The beds are super comfy. The back yard was a lovely hang out spot. The dinning room table was a great size for playing games. It was fun to have a pool table and dart board but the basement does smell like a basement. đThe upstairs front bedroom could use some curtains. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Great stay
Nice home with a great backyard for grilling and relaxing. Also, location is perfect for being close to everything.
This home was perfect for my low-key bachelorette party. It had plenty of big beds to accommodate my group and room to hang out. The hot tub was exactly what we were looking for and was a great way to end the night in the winter. Plenty of towels were provided for after the hot tub or showering.
The only thing was the information I was sent about how to enter the house and get connected to the wifi was incorrect, but the owner was quick to respond with updated information through text. Overall, a great stay!
Born and raised in Southern MN I moved to NE Minneapolis in 1994. I am a true Minneapolitan and Nordest Convert! I am the father of two amazing kids and landscape designer by trade. I love travel and have been to 27 countries and have lived over seas for a stint. I love craft bear and great food. I would love to tell you all the Gems of NE!
I fell in love with NE Minneapolis when I moved up here for collage. After living in the neighborhood i had the oppertunity to buy this house and renovated it. This neighborhood may be the best in minneapolis! We have everything up here, Amazing restaurants ( Literally 7 James beard award nominees/winners within walking distance) great bars, A super lively art scene, chill coffee shops. The newest flagship city park just a mile away. Come on and stay with us!
The house was recently remodled and has a nice blend of traditional and modern. Cool original art throughout and a great floorplan. There is a pool table in the basement, big comfy beds and a hot tub and patio area in the back!
