This cozy and stylish casita comfortably accommodates 2 guests in 1 bedroom. The bedroom features a king-size bed with a plush 10" hybrid mattress, a ceiling fan for added comfort, and blackout curtains to help you sleep in.

The home includes one full bathroom with a standing shower. Fresh towels and complimentary toiletries are provided to make your stay even more comfortable.

✧ KITCHEN & LIVING ROOM AREA ✧

The full kitchen is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable and convenient stay, including a coffee maker (with coffee, creamer, and sugar provided), stove, microwave, refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, and all the basic cooking essentials.

The living room offers a cozy space to relax, featuring a large sofa, a TV with Roku for streaming your favorites, a small workspace, a ceiling fan, and a dining table with seating for two.

The private patio features a dining table with seating for two, ideal for enjoying the greenery while sipping your morning coffee or having a sunset dinner under the string lights.

Guest access

✦ You will have a private walkway/entrance on the side of the house that leads to the back unit. There is a privacy fence that separates the main house and the guest house.

✦ There is a slight incline leading to the back of the property where the casita is located.

• No pets are permitted at this property
• Applies to cats, dogs, and all other animals
• This policy protects guests with allergies and helps maintain the condition of our furnishings
• Violations may result in additional cleaning fees or removal from the property

• The primary guest who makes the reservation must be physically present for the entire stay. Third-party bookings are not permitted.
• The total number of guests must be accurately specified at the time of booking. Only the registered guests listed on the reservation are allowed on the property. Unregistered visitors or overnight guests are not permitted.
• No parties or events
• Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM
• Smoking of any kind (including cigarettes, marijuana, and vaping) is strictly prohibited inside and outside the property. Violations will result in a $500 fine.

• Minimum age to book this property is 25
• A valid government-issued ID may be required to verify age before check-in
• Reservations made by guests under the age minimum may be canceled if not verified
