We had a very memorable stay at this well located home in Wailea that truly lives up to what is advertised—an exceptional beachfront property.The outdoor area is well laid out with the hot tub and pool just steps from the house, followed by a grassy area and a gate that opens directly onto the beach. We spent our days seamlessly moving between the beach, pool, outdoor shower, and yard.The beach is what truly sets this home apart—great for morning walks and sunsets, easy to swim, good snorkeling, ideal for grandchildren, with waves at times for boogie boarding. With limited public access and only a few homes along the beach, it never felt overly crowded.The home includes boogie boards, SUPs, snorkeling gear, beach chairs, and umbrellas, all in excellent shape.A private chef who prepared a few meals found the kitchen well equipped with high-end appliances and a coffee maker, opening to the outdoor dining area with a table that comfortably sat our group of 10.We had dinner outside every night with tiki torches lit, creating a wonderful atmosphere.The bedrooms are comfortable, the bathrooms are beautiful, and the second floor has amazing views. The impressive theater room is a fun bonus.Everything is impeccably maintained.The management team was excellent—responsive and easy to work with—and the owner also thoughtfully checked in during our stay.
