A beautiful view and great living space. It was clean and had a good array of kitchen essentials. The area was not too busy and we felt safe wherever we went. The only downside was that the pool and beach access was closed. We knew that this was possible in advance and the price was lower because of this inconvenience. It was just a bit hard when the two condominium complexes on either side had beautiful pool areas that were being enjoyed by the residents.

My wife and I had a great stay at this beach front property. It looked nice in the pictures but was even better as soon as we got in the door. The unit is very spacious and has a nice kitchen, dining room area and living room. The master bedroom w/shower has plenty of room, as does the available 2nd bedroom w/shower. For relaxing the balcony has an awesome view of the ocean. You also get a parking pass that gives you a parking spot in the garage. FYI as of our stay in Feb 2026 there was no direct beach access due to construction. We had to walk to the car access ramp which took less than 60 secs so no big deal for us. David was a great host and we appreciate his timely responses to the questions we had. If available we'd definitely stay there again.

Beautiful views and a high quality condo. We really like Sand Dollar and this condo has among other things great quality beds and a perfect working WiFi. We can really recommend staying at this location if you like immediate beach access and a "no worries" vacation mode.

Jeep Beach Getaway

This condo was perfect for our Jeep Beach week. We enjoyed being right on the beach, seeing sunrises and sunsets from the balcony. The kitchen had everything we needed, and there were plenty of towels and linens for everyone.

Great View

The stay started a bit wonky when i realized the refrigerator compressor had quit working. A simple text and was replaced almost immediately. Beautiful view and spacious condo. Met everyone of my needs.

Enjoyable location for a month's stay

My wife and I stayed here for a month and enjoyed the property and surroundings. The communication with the building manager was superb and timely. The kitchen was suitable and the view is great. The only negative is the quality of the bed in the master suite. I enjoy hard beds but this mattress was difficult to sleep on. I highly recommend this rental if you are considering staying in Daytona Beach Shores.

Great Place To Stay

This is a great place to stay. This is our second time staying in this unit and third time in this building. The building is ocean front and you have incredible views from the ocean front unit. The beach access was closed and the hot tub was out of service due to the recent hurricane. This was not communicated before our arrival but was not a deal breaker. The coffee pot was missing from the coffee maker and once notified the owner had a new coffee maker delivered the next day! Looking forward to returning

Daytona Beach Remote Work/Vacation

Under normal conditions the condo would be great! However, these are NOT normal conditions. The building construction is major concrete renovations. It is so loud - to be inside or on the deck you need to wear noise canceling headphones. Working remotely and relaxing on vacation was next to impossible. Unfortunately right now the condo should not be allowed to be rented. When the construction is over - we would definitely recommend.

Lovely location and view

Location was great. We were told there was some construction being done so we weren’t surprised, except it was also on each adjacent building. Very noisy. Unit was clean but needs some serious upgrades done. Master bedroom and bathroom need serious attention. New towels and bedding especially!! Several light bulbs burned out. Kitchen was nice, but building is old. Front door bolt doesn’t work so locking wasn’t as comfortable as I would like. I guess you can overlook some of these items since beach was fantastic, but with all the VRBO’s that I’ve spent vacation time with on water
this really needs upgrades to have a pleasant vacation.

Over all it was good. Check in was difficult. We were told second lockbox but only could open the third lockbox only to discover no key. The cleaner took it home by mistake. Finally got inside. Everything was ok. Then the noise next door started. It was so loud you could even feel the building shake. The pool was warm if you were lucky you could get a chair. But the construction noise next door was so loud it was hard to relax. The vibrations were even felt in the pool. For the amount I paid for 10 days it was too much. Should have been discounted having to deal with the noise next door

condo review

1975 time warp. Popcorn ceilings and all Mold on balcony Black and green. Bath in hall slow drain by the time your through taking shower water over ankles and take 15 min to drain. balcony furniture wore out can only sit in 2 chairs. The door needs replacing. deadbolt doesn't work the door lock came apart and had to be repaired.The whole place needs a remodel. I went and looked at another unit and the difference is night and day for the same money. Balcony doors are very hard to open need repair. So all in all not a not somewhere we will stay again. This is about this unit not the complex or construction going on. This unit needs an update. We come every year but not here in this unit.

Great location - needs updates

This is truly an amazing view. You just cannot beat that. However, there were pros and cons: Pros: The view was so absolutely amazing. The location is ideal. I am not a fan of the boardwalk area. Too much traffic and people. Daytona Beach Shores was perfect. Next to no traffic, no matter the time of day. The size of the condo served my husband and myself well. We enjoyed the ability to spread out between the two bedrooms and two baths. The condo is close to Publix. The couch was amazing. Cons: Workers scaffolding and working daily. The noise wasn't too bad until last two days. They were literally right outside the front door. I loved the balcony and thankful there were only two of us. Two of the four chairs were broken. This entire set needs to be replaced. We had to use paper towels under the table legs to keep it from not wobbling. Access to beach was closed. HUGE inconvenience. Since the weather was so hot, the pool was not enough. We went to the beach and rented chairs and an umbrella to stay cooler. BUT you had to walk out the front around the next building to walk down a car entrance to get to the beach. The bigger inconvenience was there was no way to clean off sand without going through the main building and all the way out to the pool. For the price we paid months in advance, there should have been an automatic discount for the construction inconveniences rather than option to cancel. Again...you cannot beat the view!

The beach was like having our own private beach, the condo was clean and the view was perfect. We had the pool to ourselves most of the stay and everything was so nice we didn’t want to leave.

Property Manager was Awesome!!

Upon arrival of the property and inspection, there were several issue, upon which the Property Manager David was prompt in attending to, The chairs in the pictures of the veranda are not there any longer, but still comfy. Once the manager took care of the cleaning issues, we had a great time, and rarely spent a lot of time in the condo. We would highly recommend working with this property manager.

Loved the stay in this condo.the beach was just over the balcony. Beautiful views. Everything you need from pots and pans ,silverware,and cups,clean coffee maker.washer dryer.Master bedroom is private from the other bedroom each have thier own bathrooms.has its own entry to the balcony.the price is right.you absolutely cannot go wrong here.the owner of the condo?we had no trouble with booking.checking out,anytime you message him hes right there for you.i rate this a ten for my experience,

Beautiful views

Really nice for the price. Only complaint is about the ongoing construction, I just wish we had been advised in advance. Place was clean and comfortable, lots of TV’s. Everything worked and it’s in a great location.
