The Space:

The ArtHaus is a spacious and thoughtfully designed home made for groups who want to enjoy Austin in style. Inside the main house, the ground floor opens into an open-concept kitchen, dining, and living space — with large glass doors that slide open to the pool area outside, making it easy to move between indoor comfort and outdoor hangouts.



Two guest bedrooms and a full bathroom are also located on the ground floor. Upstairs, you'll find the primary suite with a large private bathroom and a balcony that’s perfect for quiet mornings or reading in the hanging egg chair. Two more guest bedrooms are also on this floor, each with its own ensuite bathroom, and there’s a shared balcony with plenty of space to unwind.



Outside, a separate loft space offers even more room. Walk up the private stairs and you’ll find a bedroom with two twin-over-full bunk beds, a full bathroom, and a small coffee station. Glass doors lead to a private outdoor patio with a fire pit and lounge seating.



Below the loft is a fully equipped gym with everything you need to stay active: free weights, a stationary bike, yoga gear, mirrors, a bench, and even a fridge stocked with chilled towels. There's also a sauna for when it’s time to relax and recover.



The exterior is the center of it all. A large heated pool and hot tub are surrounded by lounge chairs, daybeds, and a colorful mural that adds a splash of Austin energy. There’s also a huge outdoor dining table, a grill with prep space, and a built-in cooler — perfect for long afternoons and dinners under the stars.



Whether it's lounging by the mural-lined pool, snapping pics on the rooftop patio, or capturing golden hour on the balconies, there’s no shortage of IG-worthy moments throughout the home.

This home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, so we have a zero-tolerance policy for parties, loud gatherings, or disturbances. Please keep noise at a reasonable level throughout the day, and remember that after 10 PM no sound should carry beyond the property line in line with City of Austin regulations.
