Other things to note
Cameras: We have two security cameras. Both are on the front of the home aimed toward the yard/street. There are no cameras anywhere else on the property.

Pets: We love our furry friends and look forward to their stay! Please be respectful of the yard, home, and furniture, and clean up after your pet. Guest is responsible for any damages or accidents. There will be an additional cleaning charge if there is excess hair or our cleaners have to clean up after your pet.

Air Conditioning: Please do not set temperature below 68 degrees, the air conditioner will freeze and it can take up to 24 hours to thaw. Guests will be responsible for any fees associated with fixing the AC if set below 68. There are fans in each room to help with airflow and cooling during hot months.

Amenities: Please treat amenities with care so future groups can enjoy as well! Please put paddles, balls, clubs, chairs, pins, pool sticks, noodles, etc., back in their locations to prevent damage or loss. Notify us if anything is lost or damaged. Enjoy!
