Indulge in your own private heated waterfront canal pool, complete with four comfortable lounge chairs, a cozy lounge area, and two cozy bean bag chairs. Refresh yourself in the convenient outdoor shower after a swim. Dine al fresco at the 8-person table with a propane grill, perfect for memorable meals. Enjoy endless entertainment with a pool table and ping pong table, or explore the serene canal using the provided kayak and paddleboard. As night falls, unwind in the beautifully lit tropical oasis, where ambiance lighting creates a magical, tranquil atmosphere.

NOTE: Please be advised that if pool heating is needed, a 24-hour advance request is required, incurring an extra cost of $30 per day.

● 3RD BEDROOM
Relax in the cozy comfort of this inviting bedroom, featuring both a full-size bed and a twin bed.

● LIVING ROOM
Experience a bright and spacious haven in the main living area, filled with natural light. Relax while enjoying cinematic moments on the 98"4K QLED smart TV. For added convenience, the couch also features a pull-out sofa bed.

● KITCHEN
Savor culinary delights in our fully stocked kitchen, equipped with all the essentials for effortless cooking. A spacious island with seating for six makes it perfect for casual meals or gathering with loved ones.

● DINING ROOM
Enjoy elegant meals in the dining area, which comfortably seats up to six guests. The adjacent island provides additional seating for six, offering ample space for everyone to dine and socialize.

● LAUNDRY ROOM
Washer and dryer located in the garage.

● PARKING
The driveway has space for up to 5 vehicles. Please do not park in the garage or on neighbors grass.


CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT: Check-in is after 4:00 pm and check-out is by 10:00 am. Based on availability, you can check in as early as 1:00 pm for a $75 fee and check out as late as 1:00 pm for the same amount.

PETS: We’re happy to host your lovely pet. We can accept up to one pet weighing up to 50 lbs., for a $250 fee and a $200 security deposit. Pets must be house-trained and are not allowed on furnishings and beds (a $100 fee will be applied if a lot of pet hair is found on furnishings). Please share your pet’s breed and weight information prior to booking so we can provide written approval.

Please note: Any sign of pet damage will result in an appropriate fee for the damage at hand. A $200 fee will be applied for unattended pet waste.

NO SHOES POLICY: We greatly appreciate you taking off your shoes while in the house so we can preserve the rugs and floors.

POOL SERVICE: The pool is serviced on a weekly basis. This may occur during your stay. This means someone will be in the backyard for approximately 30 minutes while they clean it.

NOTE: If pool heating is required, please request it 24 hours in advance. Extra cost $30/day.

LAWN & LANDSCAPING: The lawn and landscaping is maintained bi-weekly. While I do my best to have this serviced between guests, it is not always an option.

SECURITY: To help secure the home for you and your guests, we have 4 Active cameras for the front, side and back yard.

NO SMOKING is permitted. Cigarette butts may not be discarded on the premises. There will be a $150 fee for smoking on the premises.

PARKING: The driveway has space for 4 vehicles. Please do not park on neighbor’s lawn.

THE FIRST HOUSE RULE: You will not hold parties of any kind on the property. No extra guests without approval. Please register the EXACT number of guests for your stay.
There will be an extra guest fee of $50 per night for unaccounted guests. No outdoor loud music from 10PM to 8 AM. For partying and disrupting the neighbors there will be a $1,000 Fine.
