We had a great stay with our family here over winter break. The house was clean and set up for our needs when we arrived. The host was super communicative and responsive to any requests. The outdoor heated pool area overlooking the river is the gem of the home. That was where we spent most of our time and was a beautiful place to escape to! In addition, the house is walkable to places, including an awesome local coffee/breakfast spot. We really enjoyed our stay!

Family “girls only” vacation

Very relaxing getaway. Beds were super comfortable. Kitchen well stocked. Pool was amazing! Communication with property management was always speedy and very helpful.

Great Experience

We really enjoyed the property and Nikki was wonderful to work with. She couldn’t have been any more accommodating. The outdoor pool/hot tub and kitchen area is beautiful and makes for a relaxing vacation.

A fantastic Villa , perfectly located with great features

We , a family of four, had a fantastic vacation in this wounderfull villa . The house is very nice and modern inside, equipped with a very nice kitchen , a great outdoor barbecue area with a big grill , a nice hot tube and a heated infinity pool with a nice view . A place to dock your boat and nice areas to lay in the sun . Nikki and her team was extremely nice and helpful, solved every request super fast , helped us to find with stacy the perfect concierge service for boat rental , yacht trips and shopping tours . We was 100% percent satisfied and will come back for sure . We can absolutely recommend this villa for families, couples or smaller groups .

Fantastic stay

Our family of five (including three kids 15, 13, 10) stayed at this property for our 2023 spring break. We had an amazing time. A previous review mentioned that it isn't even necessary to leave the house and I can't argue with that. Amazing pool, hot tub, kayaks, fishing from the dock, outdoor grill, deck furniture, pool floats, board games, wifi, tv with streaming services etc. all contributed to making this a super relaxing experience for the week. The house is also in a great neighborhood with grocery stores, restaurants, coffee shops, Walgreens, etc. less than a 5 minute drive away. The host was super responsive as well and checked in regularly to ensure we were having a good visit. We would definitely return again for a future vacation.

Relaxation

We had such a great week! This house is very well maintained and very clean. We had everything we needed for our stay. They provided towels, linens, beach towels and even bathroom and kitchen supplies. The pool and hot tub were great as well. The pool was kept at a nice temperature and the hot tub was warm in the evenings. We spent a lot of time outdoors and the BBQ was really nice as well. We felt right at home here. Nikki was absolutely fantastic with communication and she wanted to make she we had the best stay possible. We did have a small kitchen sink issue and she got someone to come fix it right away. If we needed anything we were easily able to get a hold of her. We definitely would stay at this house again!

Dirty inside and out, not as described, ruined anniversary

Although I will say the property manager did get my wife flowers ahead of time for our anniversary (that i paid for), it ended up being worthless because the place was not cleaned, and there was hair and food crumbs on kitchen chairs and floor, and beer bottle caps on the floor out on the patio… Along with a ringing non stop alarm from an outdoor fridge that was left ajar by the last visitor—and it would not stop ringing after closing, until I figured out how to re-set it (got not help here)… then the pool — dirty, same as the hot tub… we arrived friday night and couldnt use… THEN they send the pool cleaner the next day saturday morning without asking or even telling us… ridiculous… their answer (after I’d been there for 15 hours) was they could try and send the maids back (they were never there originally)… So I would have to leave the place I am paying to rent so they could try cleaning the mess we walked into??? Literally the worst vrbo experience ever… Also the canal it is on is very small with no good view, and the yard is dirty and not well kept (we supplied pictures!!!) Despite all this they offered us nothing else and we actually stunned at our pictures and us stating the problems and dirty areas. DO NOT STAY, you’ve been warned.

BEWARE OF THIS AWFUL GUEST. PLEASE read all of our homes reviews across all platforms. We have 650...and 645 are AMAZING. Once in awhile a guest wants a free vacation and this is the case with this person. There was one bottle cap in the bushes and a solo cup in the bushes because when you're on the waterfront it's very windy.... that is all that we missed. The home was absolutely impeccable as it is every time we have a guest. This guest said all of these awful things for no other reason than that they wanted their money back so they could have a free vacation. For the first 12 hours they said they loved the home and everything was perfect. Then they began to say everything was wrong. I believe either they had an emergency they had to get back to at home so they wanted to leave or they are just consistent Travelers who do this to get free vacations. They are the worst part of vacation rentals because they make it very awful for people like us who have worked many many years to build excellent profiles on all platforms. We are newer to this platform and we love it and it's sad to see this terrible person able to ruin our great profile...PLEASE READ ALL OTHER REVIEWS showing the factual experience you will have in 1 of our beautiful villas🙏😊🕉

Perfect Family Vacation

This house is perfect. Almost too perfect, we never wanted to leave it :). Quite frankly, you don’t have to. It has everything you need/want. Niki was wonderful. Very attentive and quick to respond and fix any issues or wants that we had. We can’t wait to stay here again

Week At Gainbridge LPGA Event @ Boca Rio CC

First and Foremost, Nickki the property manager, was great to deal with. The property was beyond how it was described and everything in the property worked beautifully. also, the property was conveniently located for our day trips to Boca Raton and Deerfield Beach, as well as, dinners in Fort Lauderdale. The spa was a great way to relax after our day trips. I highly recommend this property.
