Welcome to The Justice Gem, our 1BR/1BA Park Circle abode that's ideal for couples or solo adventurers! Nestled in the heart of it all, within walking distance of all that the hip Park Circle neighborhood has to offer, this inviting retreat blends comfort and accessibility. Venture into nearby parks, savor local cuisine, grab a drink at a nearby bar or brewery, take in a concert at one of the numerous local venues, or just unwind in our thoughtfully designed space. The Justice Gem has it all!
Layout:
- Living area with sectional sofa, workspace with desk, and 55" Smart TV
- Small dining area with cafe table and bar stool seating for two
- Kitchen with all essentials, refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, and Keurig coffee maker
- Bedroom with king bed
- Bathroom with shower/tub combo
- Patio with outdoor seating and gas grill
This unit is part of a duplex; guests have full access to Unit A; there are no shared spaces between units and they each have their own separate exterior entrance.
The home is managed locally by Southern Charmed Hospitality Group so someone is always available should any issues/concerns arise during your stay.

Park Circle:
Less than ten miles north of downtown, Park Circle is a lively community with unique character. A top local destination with a distinct neighborhood vibe, Park Circle is a planned community that dates back to the early 1900s. As its name suggests, Park Circle is anchored by a central circular park which is echoed by several other nearby green spacesâincluding the cityâs own disc golf course, which is free to the public.
Known today as North Charlestonâs old âMain Street,â Park Circleâs East Montague Ave. is lined with quite a few storefronts and eateries. Grab a cup of coffee, pop into some local shops and snag a bite to eat, all without needing to wander too far in this very walkable area.

- 5 minute walk to Quarterman Park
- 5 minute walk to restaurants/bars/breweries on Spruill Ave.
- 10 minute walk to the Firefly Distillery
- 15 minute walk to East Montague Ave. restaurants/bars/shops and the Park Circle Disc Golf Course
- 5 minute drive to Riverfront Park, where many festivals and events are held
- 10 minute drive to Charleston International Airport and Tanger Outlet Mall
- 15 minute drive to Downtown Charleston
- 20 minute drive to Isle of Palms/Sullivan's Island beaches
There is parking for one vehicle in the shared driveway directly in front of the outdoor patio
Many of the Park Circle area points of interest are within a 15 minute walk
Uber/Lyft operate all over the Charleston area for when you want to leave your vehicle parked
POTENTIAL FOR NOISE
This home is located near train tracks so there is potential for noise when trains are passing
AIR CONDITIONING
There is a split ductless AC unit in the living area only. The bedroom has a ceiling fan and portable AC fan for extra cooling.
INCLEMENT WEATHER
Your safety and comfort are our priority. In the unlikely event of a MANDATORY EVACUATION ORDER FOR CHARLESTON COUNTY during your stay, rest assured that both the Owner/Host and the Property Management Company WILL REFUND 100% OF YOUR PAYMENTS for the dates of evacuation. Once refunded, neither party will have further liability regarding your reservation.
Please note that ONLY MANDATORY EVACUATIONS WILL QUALIFY FOR REFUNDS. No other travel disruptions due to weather, whether in South Carolina or other states, are eligible. For protection, consider travel insurance, especially in high-risk months like hurricane season. Airbnb's insurance or other options are recommended and we urge you to look into them prior to confirming your reservation.
INSECTS
As Charleston is situated in a warm, coastal climate it is possible to see insects inside or outside of the home at times. These include palmetto bugs, sand gnats, mosquitoes, ants, etc. Those who reside in the Lowcountry just accept this as part of living here but it may be unsettling for those from other areas. The home is treated regularly for pest control but this will not entirely eliminate insects from getting inside at times. Please do your best to not keep doors and windows open and not leave food or drinks out in the home as this will attract insects. FINDING AN INSECT IS NOT CAUSE FOR A REFUND.
