Pet Policy
• Pets are allowed—two max
• Please bring your own furniture coverings and cover the furniture during your stay. One dog blanket is also provided for your use.
• Please use a waterproof mat under the litter box.
• There is a $250, non-refundable pet deposit per pet.
• Please pick up after your dog in the backyard. The garbage bin is in the alley. To access, go through the backyard and open the gate.

Other things to note
• This is an apartment in a three-apartment building (tri-plex). There is one apartment above this unit.
• The entire apartment would be yours. This is not a shared space.
• There are ten porch steps leading up to the front door. There are no stairs once inside the apartment.
• Smoking or vaping inside the unit is prohibited. If you would care to smoke, please enjoy the fenced-in backyard. Lawn chairs are provided for your convenience.
• The garbage bin is in the alley. To access, go through the backyard and open the gate. Garbage gets picked up by the city on Tuesdays.
