This beautiful home is exactly as advertised. If you have a large group, this home for sure should meet your needs as far as space is concerned. The amenities are great and having the pool was a bonus. Also, as an honorable mention, the beds and linen choices are top tier. The home is in a prime location for shopping, outdoor activities, grocery stores and more. The hosts are easy to reach if there is anything that you may possibly need assistance with. Overall, I would give this home a 10/10 and I would absolutely book again if I found myself in the area.

Rooms are as described. Plenty of room for large groups. Property is immaculately clean. Pool is huge for a private home and the backyard is great, whether you prefer the sun or the shade. All necessities provided and large driveway for parking. Home is near grocery shopping and dining establishments if so desired. One minor surprise was that the game room is actually in the garage, so I can see it getting kinda warm in there in the summer. But overall, it is a great spot to stay.

Hosts are so friendly, proactively communicative, and really went out of their way to make our stay as comfortable as possible. They kindly allowed us to check out a bit later on our last day as well. The house is fantastic. We were a group of 10 and felt that there was sufficient space, comfortable beds, plenty of bathrooms, a beautiful design and overall a very well stocked house. The pool was lovely and the outdoor space fantastic to enjoy at all times of day. Well located to the sports center we were going to that weekend, not too far from downtown Austin as well. Would definitely come back!

Everything about this listing is on point! The photos are accurate and actually doesn’t do justice! Quiet neighborhood and near everything needed! Kitchen is fully stocked with all cookware needed! Communication with the hosts, excellent! When we arrived, the smoke detector was constantly beeping because it needed a battery change and after contacting the host, someone came quickly to fix the issue! This was the most pleasant stay!

We had a fantastic experience at the Austin Music Retreat. The home was spotless upon arrival, and the decor was stylish and welcoming - clearly curated with care. The beds were comfy, which made winding down after a busy day a breeze. The outdoor covered patio became a favorite gathering spot for coffee chats. Our family came to visit relatives in Austin, and this home was the perfect place for us to all be together. The location was perfect - close to everything we needed, yet peaceful and relaxing. We even ventured out to try Cranky Granny's - awesome cinnamon rolls! The hosts were on spot with communication prior to arriving with clear instructions on entry and house guidelines and checked in with us during our stay. We highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a memorable vacation stay. It was a home away from home.

We visited in June with a group for a flag football tournament. We chose this home because of the pool and the game room for the 1st and 2nd grade boys. The house was nice and was as the description said and per photos. The beds were comfortable and plenty of room for our group. When we arrived, the pool was green and unable to swim in it. The pool guy was at the house that evening working on shocking the pool. We weren't able to swim the first day and it was still cloudy the second day. One of the downstairs bathroom showers filled with water/clogged drain while showering. When we left, we accidentally forgot a small blanket on the master bedroom. When we realized that we had forgotten it, we contacted the owner. She told us that housekeeping threw it away?????? Why would peoples belongings be thrown away. The owner offered no reasonable solution to this other than some flippant, AI generated, "psychology", response that felt patronizing. Makes no sense at all that in less than 24hours the renters belongings are thrown away without contacting us at all. Unfortunately, this totally changed our experience and would never recommend this rental.

Unfortunately, the pool developed an unexpected algae bloom just before your arrival, and our pool service company began treatment immediately. We also addressed the shower drain as soon as we became aware of it. We are especially sorry about the blanket that was accidentally discarded during the cleaning turnover. It was an honest mistake by our cleaning team, and we understand why that was disappointing. We have since reviewed our procedures with our cleaners to help prevent this from happening again. We appreciate your feedback and are always working to improve the experience for future guests.
