We had a great stay at Casa on 17th. The host, Dawn, was very gracious and was excellent in communicating with us and was always helpful with all of our questions. The property is close to everything you want to do in Wilmington. We were very comfortable in the space.

We stayed here with our 3 boys. It was clean, nicely updated, and we slept great! It's close to a lot of great little restaurants and bars in the cargo district and just a short drive from downtown Wilmington. The location was central enough that everything felt quick and easy to get to.Dawn was attentive and responsive as well and made sure we felt at home. We'd absolutely stay here again!

We were referred to this home by a family friend after a previous visit to Wilmington. This home is filled with so much character and the host provided everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. Dawn was easy to get in touch with. She answered all of our questions prior to booking and stayed in touch throughout our stay. The welcome basket was very thoughtful and the entire family enjoyed all the goodies inside. Great location! Easy walk to bars and restaurants and just minutes to downtown. We absolutely loved our stay!

This was a very charming home, obviously loved by the owner. It was cozy and welcoming, and centrally located. We enjoyed our stay and especially loved the welcome basket provided by the host and all the little "extras" that we found throughout the home. We were given nicely detailed information about check in/check out, where things were located to visit, good restaurants to visit and super easy instructions on how to watch TV. Our host was so helpful and answered our questions promptly. We would definitely choose this location and this host again!
