This stunning home has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. You will have everything you need in this thoughtfully decorated space. Kitchen has all appliances and cooking requirements - dine inside or out! W/D in unit.

Relax on the outdoor deck/patio - perfect for gatherings! Lake side is the perfect setting to relax outside & enjoy the day!

The yellow Bouncer & Blob located on the property are both available for use by guests! (Summer Months)

We also have paddle boards, Kayaks, and cornhole available during your stay!

Disclaimer: The boat and Jetski used in the photos are props to show you can dock/ tie them up. They will not be available for use at the property itself.

The Water levels are currently low at the lake and are expected to stay relatively low for the next month or more. Sadly the dock is not reachable by boat at this time. If you are interested in bring your boat or using the bouncer, I suggest reaching out to our team and we will share the official city link showing the upcoming water level.

Gun Barrel City lies on the eastern shore of Cedar Creek Reservoir fifty-five miles southeast of Dallas. The community developed after construction of the reservoir in 1969 and grew rapidly. Sixty residents were reported there in 1970 and 3,526 by the early 1990s.
