The property is in a residential neighborhood, and the City's "Good Neighbor Guidelines" must be followed, including restrictions on noise levels between 10:00pm and 8:00 am, community 15 mph speed limit, and pool/spa hours. Calls from neighbors or police may result in fee assessments by the HOA up to $1,000 and security deposit deductions.
