Amazing time!!!! We enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again. House boat was clean, comfortable and close to everything St Augustine. Matt checked on us to make sure things we going well, and we had what needed. Definitely Recommend!!!

This was my first experience on a house boat & I was extremely impressed! The place is clean, bright, & very welcoming! Fit all 3 of us women comfortably with room to spare. It is in a great location, and the first boat on its dock. Located by a newly reopened restaurant, so food & entertainment is close. The other residents are quiet & welcoming as well. 10 out of 10 definitely recommend. Also, bring your fishing gear there's lots of fish & crabs to catch!!

Beautifully, rustic and authentic look. Houseboat is definitely unique and inviting, booked from thrusday to Sunday nice and peaceful. Great place to return to and comfortable and cozy after day of site seeing. Other houseboaters and docked were very pleasant as well. Will be a returning option in future.

Light and airy space, very comfortable for our girls trip. Close to all the tourist attractions and convenient for Ubers. Mornings on the deck with coffee before starting the day were so relaxing.

We really enjoyed our stay on the boat. Super clean and comfortable. So much fun sitting on the deck for morning coffee and relaxing in the evenings. The marina was quiet and neighbors were friendly and welcoming. Easy access to St. Augustine attractions. Hoping to visit again soon.

We had a great time staying on the houseboat. We enjoyed the views and the proximity to town. Everything was clean and comfortable. Our family of four had plenty of space and the Marina community was very friendly. Definitely would stay here again.

I stayed with my husband and two kids (ages 3 and 5) and we really enjoyed our stay. There's a restaurant literally right next to the boat, however, the noise did not bother us and the band stopped before my kids even went to sleep. Such a fun place to stay!

Great little gem. We brought our bikes and rode all over downtown and to Anastasia park. Owner was A in communication. Owner left very good instructions for everything. Only recommendation is to get a keurig with pods. The coffee maker requires you to bring ground coffee. It was not a deal breaker we just had to have other coffee out. Everything was clean and the shower worked great too. AC was very important we were not disappointed and we were not disappointed I would stay there again

We had a great stay at Matt & Loren's houseboat. Everything was exactly as pictured on-line. Good communication & instructions from the host. We found the marina surprisingly quiet - both day and night. We made a nice camp fire one night, and had it all to ourselves. It was a really fun and new experience for us staying on a boat.

The Houseboat exceeded our expectations. Very clean and comfortable. The natural lighting throughout the boat was amazing! Check in was easy, and communication was timely. I definitely recommend!

We had a great time at the houseboat. It was raining a lot but we sat out on the front covered deck and enjoyed our time together with old friends. It was exactly as described. Easy to use everything. One morning we saw a manatee and large turtle swimming right next to us. The restaurant next door is under reconstruction and once it’s finished that will be a great bonus. The houseboat was a very close drive to everything we needed. Would definitely do this again.

The houseboat was clean upon arrival. We really appreciated the cleaning person who helped us to get in as we were struggling with the lockbox.Due to weather conditions, we were unable to take advantage of the outdoor spaces but we did notice that the pulldown steps off the master bedroom would not clear the ceiling.The unit has definitely seen better days and could use a bit of TLC.

Easy access. Great location. Easy check in process. Communicative host. Clean. Lots of room for a family to stay comfortably. Walking distance restaurant has good food and is really convenient. Would definitely recommend to others and will return myself.

We really enjoyed our little vacation away. It was nice to have a little place all to ourselves. Any questions and concerns. They were promptly answered. We enjoyed our little walks into historic Saint Augustine. Any of the people that we met at the marina were very friendly and kind. It was a very nice little by the way.
