Cette propriĂ©tĂ© est situĂ©e au bord de la crique de Saint-SĂ©bastien dans la ville de Saint Augustine. Il s'agit d'une maison de 2 Ă©tages, l'appartement est situĂ© au deuxiĂšme Ă©tage de la maison. Cet appartement est une unitĂ© complĂšte sĂ©parĂ©e du rez-de-chaussĂ©e. L'appartement est accessible par le rez-de-chaussĂ©e et un escalier intĂ©rieur qui mĂšne au deuxiĂšme Ă©tage. De l'espace au deuxiĂšme Ă©tage, vous pouvez profiter de la vue panoramique et des nombreuses marinas Ă  travers les fenĂȘtres surdimensionnĂ©es et le porche. Les voiliers, bateaux Ă  crevettes et autres bateaux Ă  eau offrent un riche rĂ©gal visuel. La scĂšne change toujours. Beautiful views, very clean and comfortable. Hosts reached out to make sure we had everything we needed. Looking forward to returning. Although the house is within walking distance, it was mid-July in Florida. We Ubered most days - very reasonable costs as parking downtown would have been more than the Uber rides.

The photos are a great barometer of what you get. Most comfy bed ever (if only the pillows were the same but nothing to take any points away). Go visit all the cool stuff in the area. The marina, distillery, but all the cool little shops. Get the peach cobbler and learn some history at “the corner store”.

Good location with excellent views

Marina Sunsets was conveniently located close to restaurants and other attractions in St. Augustine. The apartment was clean, roomy and well furnished. Communication with the owners was excellent and they were very accommodating to special requests. Nice views from both front and rear porches. Designated assigned off-street parking place is convenient and saves cost of downtown parking. Will check availability of Marina Sunsets first when making any future visits to St. Augustine. Highly Recommended!!

Great place, host, Price, location, and quietness of neighborhood and area. Perfect for any Saint Augustine trip, including downtown activities. We will definitely be back at that rental again if we come back to Saint Augustine.

awesome location

Our first time in St Augustine and this home was the perfect place to stay. The location couldn't have been better, we were able to walk downtown everyday and the history and architecture was so much more than we expected. The house itself had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, including two porches where we could relax and enjoy the sunsets. We will be back! P.S. Thank you so much for making the effort to get my hair dryer back to Charlotte!

Charming House

This house was so charming! It was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. Perfect location within walking distance to many restaurants and the historic downtown area. The view and the garden area were gorgeous. I would definitely stay here again!

My favorite place to stay when vacationing in St. Augustine. I love everything about this spot! Great location, everything is walking distance or a short drive. The home is beautiful and I just love the personal touch their paintings give the home. The views are absolutely breathtaking, definitely one of my favorite things about the house! Check in and out is a breeze.The hosts are hands down the best. Have booked with them several times and never had a problem. They are attentive and check in with you to ensure your stay is going well. Can’t wait to come back and book again!

Wonderful upstairs location with great views. Enjoyed the stay except for noisy neighbor downstairs who had loud TV from 9 pm til 230 am on two nights. Luckily they left a few days before us. Perfect other than that. Would stay again!

Delightful and comfortable

The dwelling is attractively, warmly and comfortably furnished. It has 2 great porches that are wonderful retreats at different times of day. Short walk to town and nearby lake. Warm and friendly hosts attention to any " problems" that mightbarise is quick. You will enjoy the experience!

Unique, clean and close to town

We had a very enjoyable stay. Our apartment was clean, well stocked, with great views and sunset. Had a little problem with the TV, called Michael and Hyacinth and they came over immediately. Couldn't get the problem fixed so they brought a brand new TV the next day. Could not have been happier with their response. Excellent hosts.

Amazing and Quaint!

Amazing Sunsets

A total gem with great views of the marsh and marina. Wonderful living room, dining room and kitchen (well stocked). Large bedroom with en suite. Very comgotable and close to everything!
