The sunroom, which is where the fold out floor mattress goes, is accessed through one of the bedrooms, or through an exterior door.
There is no laundry available in this home, but guests staying 7+ days will have access to a concierge laundry service, at no additional cost.
Upon booking, you will be asked to sign a renterâs agreement, submit ID, and put a card on file for a $500 damages deposit.
