1. Smoking Policy: Smoking of any kind, including cigarettes, vaping, and e-cigarettes, is strictly prohibited inside our home. Due to the difficulty of removing smoke odors, violations will result in a $500 fine

2. Footwear and Furniture Policy:
- Shoes are to be worn outdoors only; disposable indoor slippers are provided for your comfort.
- Please refrain from placing dirty feet or jumping on furniture.

3. Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM, especially in outdoor spaces. We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining a peaceful environment for everyone.

4. Check-Out Procedures:
- Leave the house the way you found it (no need to make or strip beds).
- Place used towels in the bathtub or shower.
- Ensure dishes are placed in the dishwasher or sink.
- Take trash and recycling out to the bins provided.

5. Extra Guests Policy: Reservations exceeding 6 guests will incur an additional fee of $50 per person, per night. Please ensure accurate guest counts when booking.

6. Pet Policy:
- Up to two dogs are welcome, with a fee of $150 per dog.
- Dogs should not be left unattended unless crate-trained. A spacious crate is provided for their safety and comfort.
- Guests are responsible for any damages or excessive cleaning caused by their pets.

7. No Events or Parties: Events, parties, or large gatherings are not allowed on the property. This policy helps us maintain a peaceful and enjoyable environment for all guests and neighbors.

8. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations are allowed free of charge up to seven days from when the reservation is made.

This place was perfect!

Super cute and clean. Helpful and kind owners. It was perfect for our group in town for UofO grad. Great location and lovely neighborhood. Wish we had found it sooner!

Hidden Gem in the South Hills

We loved this home! Completely updated, with outside space to match and as a final touch...wonderful sunsets. We are fans of this hidden gem in the South hills of Eugene. Ardyn, the owner and interior design talent was in touch and available with such a warm and fun personality. We will be back. Thanks Ardyn.

Visiting my daughter at UO

This a is lovely home in a nice neighborhood. The accommodations are clean with a beautiful spa-like bathroom and full kitchen to cook any meal. Loved meeting Ardyn upon arrival! We hope to stay again. Beds are comfortable and there is plenty of room to spread out. Everything felt clean and new.

Zen Haus Suite B

We had a fabulous stay at Zen Haus Suite B! Ardyn met us on-site and was extremely cheerful and helpful in answering all questions that we had. The home is beautifully decorated and appointed with everything you need for comfort and enjoyment. We brought our to two dogs with us and Ardyn even left two dog beds and toys for them! WiFi worked great and the shower has great water pressure. Conveniently located to everything Eugene and Springfield has to offer! We will defintely be back again and again! Thank you Ardyn!

Lovely property, prime location!

I can't say enough about this beautiful property. Ardyn has lovingly restored this 1960s split-level with any eye for design, comfort and beauty, and she is a fantastic host. No detail has been overlooked. The kitchen is spacious and well-stocked, the bedrooms are resort-level comfortable and the living area is inviting and cozy, but what I will most miss is that amazing shower - that alone is worth booking this wonderful property for! Location-wise, this is great- a few blocks to some of the best parks and running trails in Eugene, and a little over a mile to the U of O campus. We were here for U of O parents' weekend and the Eugene marathon, and it was wonderfully walkable and driveable for both. Thank you again Ardyn, for a fantastic stay, and we will definitely be back!!

Hello my name is Ardyn and I'm delighted to have you as my guest. As a resident of the Pacific Northwest, I can attest to the fact that living here is truly a unique experience. Our region boasts great weather all year round, with temperatures that are just right for enjoying the great outdoors.

My husband Zac and I fell in love with Eugene when we moved here from Bangkok in the late 90s. Despite having lived in different countries and growing up with a diplomat for a father, we both agree that there's no place quite like Eugene. The fresh air, relaxed way of life, and simplicity of living here is unmatched.

Our property is located just an hour's drive away from some of the most beautiful natural wonders in the area, including the coast, hot springs, and waterfalls. As your host, I'm dedicated to ensuring you have a comfortable stay and can provide you with recommendations for local hikes, restaurants, and other fun activities.

When I'm not busy hosting, I enjoy spending quality time with my family, which includes our two beautiful children and our adorable pups, Jack and Dexter. You might also find me practicing yoga, paddle boarding, exploring nature trails, or tending to my beloved plants.
