The Space:

This comfortable and stylish studio offers everything you need for a convenient stay in Los Angeles. Enjoy a queen-size bed with soft cotton sheets and pillows, a cozy living area featuring a Togo-style sofa and lounge chair, and a bathroom stocked with 100% cotton towels. The kitchen comes equipped with basic appliances for easy meal prep (dishwasher not included), while a 40-inch Roku TV provides entertainment at your fingertips. With ample closet space, an on-site laundry room, dedicated management support, and an on-site representative, your comfort is always a priority.



Guest Access:

You will have the entire apartment to yourself.



The Neighborhood:

Located in East Hollywood, 1221 North Vermont Avenue is surrounded by the energy and convenience of a central LA hub. Just steps from Kaiser Permanente and CHA Hollywood Presbyterian Medical Center, it’s ideal for those needing close hospital access. The neighborhood offers a mix of trendy cafés, diverse dining, and easy public transit, with quick access to Los Feliz, Silver Lake, and Griffith Park.



Getting Around:

1221 North Vermont Avenue offers excellent connectivity for exploring Los Angeles. The Vermont/Sunset Metro Red Line Station is just a 7-minute walk away, providing direct access to Downtown LA, Hollywood, and Universal City. Several Metro bus lines run along Vermont Ave and Sunset Blvd, making it easy to reach West Hollywood, Koreatown, and Santa Monica. Rideshare services like Uber and Lyft are readily available, and bike/scooter rentals offer convenient short-distance travel. Street parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis—check posted signs for restrictions.

PARKING:

Parking arrangements will need to be made independently in the surrounding area. Please note that building management does not provide, manage, or coordinate parking.



SUPPLIES:

Please note, only basic amenities are provided for this unit. If you need a specific amenity, please confirm its availability before you book. Starter toiletries (toilet paper, soap, shampoo, etc.) are not included. Starter Kitchen Essentials and Cleaning Supplies (Dish Soap, Paper Towels, Sponge, Etc.) not included.



APPLICATION AND FEES:

*All guests are required to complete a rental application, which includes identity verification, a credit and background screening, and proof of income or financial qualification. A non-refundable application fee of $25 per applicant applies. All applicants 18 years of age or older must complete the application process.

*Guests will also be required to sign a separate lease agreement directly with the host prior to move-in.

*Proof of personal liability insurance ($100,000 minimum) is required prior to move-in. If tenant does not provide proof of third-party insurance, tenant will be automatically enrolled in our Landlord Liability Insurance (LLI) policy for $15/month.

*On-site coin/app-operated laundry room available for resident convenience. Machines are independently maintained and operated on a per-use fee basis.

*A refundable security deposit of $1,250 is required for all stays and must be paid directly to the host after booking confirmation and prior to check-in. The deposit will be returned within 21 days after move-out, less any applicable deductions permitted under the lease agreement and California law. Cleaning fee will be deducted from the security deposit.

*Additional documentation and qualification requirements may apply in accordance with California law and the terms of the lease agreement.

*Pets may be approved on a case-by-case basis. Approved pets require a refundable $500 pet deposit and pet rent of $2.16 per pet, per night.

*Optional housekeeping service is available for $299 per visit and includes deep cleaning, fresh linens and towels, and restocking of essential supplies.

**This space is non-smoking.

**Please note that you will be charged for any damages to linens, cookware, furniture, fixtures or other items that we find after you check out.
