This is the Main House with 3BR & 3baths on 1.6 acres of ocean waterfront. You will also have exclusive access to the 2BR 0.5bath bunk house with room temperature water May to Oct(water shut off in cold months). There is a separate 1 bedroom in-law apartment above the garage that is not included. I may stay there from time to time. If you want to book the whole property we can send you the other listing.

We sit on a very calm bay and have 5 kayaks for you to explore and experience the Maine costal life!

There is a chance that outdoor space may be shared with me or another guest who stay at the unit above the garage.
