Thanks to its diversity, the area is popular with young people and new arrivals to the city. The neighborhood's dining scene includes a number of international options as well as trendy bistros and health-conscious restaurants. There are plenty of bars, lounges, and breweries nearby for when you feel like a night on the town. Another neighborhood highlight is Echo Park itself, a beautiful greenspace with a lake at its center. It's the perfect place to unwind on the weekend or meet up with friends.

A security deposit of $500 is required at booking, which will be returned within 2-4 weeks after the check-out, minus any deductible damages.
