Beautiful 3 Bedroom Lake House on Webster Lake!
On the waterfront of beautiful Webster Lake, our cottage is all you want in Lake living. Everything is here for your vacation fun. There's a large deck, a dock, kayak, life jackets, a propane grill, and parking. Swim in the clear refreshing lake. Kayak to the island. Listen to the sounds of the loons. Catch that large Bass. Or just enjoy the lake breeze. You will want to make this your yearly retreat.
What a perfect place for a family vacation! The lakefront cottage is perfect for the family together. Spend your days swimming, fishing, boating, hiking, loon watching, playing board games, and getting to know each other again. In the evening relax watching picture perfect sunsets and sharing stories around the campfire.
Once inside you'll feel welcomed in the large living room with windows that look directly onto the lake. The cottage comes with a fully equipped kitchen, dining room for six, and a bathroom with shower. There are 3 bedrooms that sleep 6 comfortably. The primary and second bedroom have comfortable queen beds and the third bedroom has 2 twins. Washer, dryer and WiFi is available.
Boating and fishing enthusiasts flock to this area every summer. Bring your own boat and launch it at the public boat ramp. Spot the bald eagle and blue herring who reside at the lake.. Fishing - the lake is stocked every year with rainbow and brown trout. Fish found in this 612 acre, 40 ft deep lake include smallmouth bass, rainbow trout, pickerel, yellow and white perch, and horn pout.
Plan a trip to take in the Fall season of NH; see its colorful shimmering reflection on the water. Enjoy the rich autumn foliage, local apple picking and antiquing. A golf course is a 15 minute drive away.
Crystal clear Webster Lake in NH is only 20 min. to Laconia, with its many attractions, 30 min. to Concord, and 100 mi. from Boston.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?
This is one of the few properties on the lake that boasts city water (no well) and is a full year round house. Itâs quite private and the nice sandy lake bottom provides great swimming and fishing.
