Vous cherchez la paix et la tranquillité pour vos vacances NH? Nous l'avons ici à Pemi Shore Cottages.

J'ai un chalet entiÚrement meublé 2bd / 1ba non loin de l'eau sur une colline boisée avec une vue magnifique. Nous l'appelons «niveau suivant». A des escaliers à descendre à la plage ou vous pouvez conduire.

Ce cottage dispose de lits doubles, du chauffage au gaz, d'une tĂ©lĂ©vision par cĂąble Ă  Ă©cran plat, d'une connexion Wi-Fi, de la climatisation, d'un four micro-ondes, d'un barbecue, d'un foyer extĂ©rieur et d'un accĂšs Ă  notre plage privĂ©e de 90 pieds et Ă  notre rampe de mise Ă  l'eau. Il y a aussi un bateau Ă  rames et un pĂ©dalo Ă  utiliser sans frais. Les animaux domestiques sont les bienvenus, et la garde de chien peut ĂȘtre disponible (demandez-nous!).

Grande pĂȘche, ski nautique et baignade sur la riviĂšre Pemigewasset dans un endroit isolĂ© sans tous les touristes! PrĂšs du barrage de Franklin Falls et de ses 3 900 hectares de sentiers panoramiques!

Seulement 4 miles de RT. 93 (sortie 22), à 3 km des épiceries et à seulement 6 km des célÚbres magasins d'usine Tanger à Tilton.

Nous sommes saisonniers et ouverts du 15 mai au 15 octobre.

Remarque: nous ne facturons pas de dĂ©pĂŽt de garantie, car les accidents sont gĂ©nĂ©ralement rares et faciles Ă  rĂ©parer. Cependant, VRBO proposera une assurance facultative, au cas oĂč vous souhaiteriez ĂȘtre couvert en cas de dommages graves. Nous n’avons encore subi aucun dommage supĂ©rieur Ă  80 dollars, mais c’est Ă  vous de dĂ©cider.

What an Amazing Place!!! We stayed in the "Treehouse Cottage" it was such a cool spot up in the pine trees! We felt like we were out in the woods all by ourselves yet only a 2 minute walk to the river/beach. The fire pit and grill are located perfectly so you can grill while have a nice fire going. The cottage was very bright peaceful, I really loved the knotty Pine. We also had great views of the Franklin dam from the balcony. Cant wait to come back again, relax enjoy nature and hopefully catch the big bass 8 had hooked but lost.

Memorial Weekend

Had a wonderfully time here ! Place and location were absolutely beautiful! John was a great host as well and the cabin was very comzy. The Franklin Dam was visible right from the outside patio and right down the street as well. Would 100% recommend and come back .

Cozy & Private Cottage

We loved the property - great view, lots of privacy. My only negatives are, the house could have been cleaner (previous guest's hair all over the shower, yuck) and I kind of felt like I was a bad guest because I didn't bring my own bed sheets and towels. Who travels with that? However, if I lower my expectations a bit, I would stay there again.

Wonderful private cabin in the woods. Great restaurants, shopping and activities nearby.

The property was in excellent condition. We have rented cabins in New Hampshire for the past five years. This was the very first time all screens were intact and the interior was completely cleaned prior to our arrival. All rooms have large functional ceiling fans. Air conditioning and heating are available. Wi-Fi is fast in every room and cable TV is great and featured more stations than we expected. I brought my kayak, but a paddle boat and a rowboat were available for our use. All buildings and walkways are illuminated by holiday lighting, which is beautiful at night. John and Jane Holt are excellent hosts. They are friendly and helpful. Emails were answered promptly when we had questions prior to our stay, and any needs we had during our stay were quickly addressed. They made several great recommendations for restaurants and activities. It felt like we had insider information about the best places in the area! The property description is completely accurate. If it fits your needs, you will enjoy your stay!

the welcome by John was perfect. He explained everything in his gite and he suggested activities and restaurants. the cottage is very good, it's quiet and it was perfect for me who was going mountain biking Highland bike park. My dog ​​had room to run, there is a nice hammock to relax. it was perfect.

The property is a little piece heaven; private from neighboring cottages with a gorgeous view through the trees off the deck for morning coffee/afternoon snacks and easy access to the private beach. A private hammock, fire pit and picnic table next to the cottage was an extra bonus. Proximity to local outdoor activities and restaurants was excellent. John answered questions promptly before the trip and was there to greet us upon arrival. The check out process was just as easy. Thanks for a great getaway!

This was a quick stop (2 nights) before meeting up for a big family vacation. Cottage was perfect. It was exactly as described, pet friendly and we were able to enjoy a couple breweries and winery all nearby. John is an excellent communicator and we were happy we booked here.

Accommodating Hosts and spectacular views

The cottage was as described and shown in the listing. On our first day we had issues with heat (both hot water and heating) but John was more than accommodating and had us shifted to another cottage immediately and he in fact bought us lunch for the inconvenience (thank you John!). Our second day of stay was perfect without issues. They have a private beach with boats which you can use. I would recommend booking with them directly.

Just what we needed!

We enjoyed our 2 night mini break at the Treehouse at Pemi Shore Cottages. The cabin was delightful and the beds were very comfortable. Our cabin sits up high so it was like being in a tree house. The outdoor lighting at night was very cute! Our host John made sure we got settled in and was available if we needed him. This was our first overnight for our 2 year old puppy and he had a great time. He went swimming in the river on the property's private beach area and had a grand time. Thanks so much!

Awesome Visit

Booked this beautiful little cottage with me my wife and our two dogs. Location is perfect this time of year for a relaxing stay. Very dog friendly lots of hiking and beautiful scenery. Met a very lovely mother and daughter with there dogs Ranger & Bacchus. Will definitely be back !!

Perfect Getaway

My husband and I loved our stay! The hosts couldn’t have been more welcoming and helpful. We had a beautiful view from the Tree House Cottage and a very short walk down to the beach. The area is so peaceful and relaxing. There were also hiking trails very close by that we explored with our dog. This is a truly pet friendly property! We’ll be back next year!

Rustic Cottage is Accurate

Negatives: Overall the cottage was pretty much as advertised as far as rustic and dated. Unfortunately, the overall cleanliness left much to be desired. Although, the owners do not charge a cleaning fee so that is the offset. The cottage smelled like wet dog and the sliding door had wet dog nose prints all over it (they do advertise as pet friendly so it was to be somewhat expected).The bathroom smelled strongly like urine all around the toilet area. The shower was too small for my 6'4" and 6'6" husband and son, which is typically a problem anyway. Many of the stairs leading to the water were broken so it was a treacherous walk down. Positive: The beds were surprisingly comfortable. The owners were friendly at check in. The water was lovely to swim in. With one AC and the ceiling fans on it was comfortable to be in the cabin as every day we were there was above 90 degrees. Unfortunately, we would not stay here again and left a day early.

Great cottage!

My husband, two young kids and dogs had a great time at the cottage. The cottage was clean and fully stocked with comfortable beds, in a nice private area with private water front beach access. The dogs were welcome throughout the property and were even allowed to swim on the beach. We’ll definitely be coming back!

A great getaway!

My boyfriend & I stayed at the Pemi Shore Cottages for 2 nights and it was exactly what we was looking for. Privacy in a wooded area with a quick walk to a beach? What more can we ask for :). We brought our two dogs and even that was a great accommodation! Our host John was super friendly and just one call away! I would highly recommend this location if you want to disconnect and relax.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

My parents bought the raw land in the 1980s and over time cleared the land, put in roads and services, and built the cottages by hand using rough cut wood from a local mill.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

This location is VERY private. We are almost surrounded by town and federal land, including almost 4000 acres of Franklin Falls Dam Park. On a typical day we are the only people on this section of river, which is great for fishing, boating, watching nature or just soaking in the sun. Only 4 miles from 93 in central NH so you can zip around to other tourist spots.
