Unobstructed ocean view. Wide balcony with comfortable seating. Condo was spacious and comfortable, great location and the designated garage parking space a plus. We would stay there again.

The owners met us at the condo and showed us all the ins and outs of the rental unit. We were late due to an accident on one of the few bridges over the intercostal waterway but the owners patiently waited for us. The unit is fully furnished both inside (great kitchen) and outside (beach chairs and other toys for the beach. Owners had a binder with menus for great seafood restaurants in the area. It was a great stay!!!

This condo was right on Ormond Beach with a beautiful view of the ocean. Just 7 steps to the ocean from the pool area. The pool was a nice 8.6 feet in the deep end. The condo had everything you could need - beach chairs, blender, towels, linen, etc. There was a Publix within walking distance and nice restaurants in the area with the owner having a booklet with menus of some area restaurants. The only down side which was why we gave 3 instead of 5 stars was the bed was very uncomfortable in the master suite and there was renovations going on during the weekday which we heard drilling, hammering and such. It would have been nice for the owner to let us know that renovations was on-going so we could decide to stay or select another location. Overall, it was a nice place and the communication with the owner was great.

Thank you for taking the time to review our property. Our location is truly well located with shopping nearby and equipped with everything you may need at the beach. The building painting was to be completed prior to your arrival I was unaware that they still had finishing touches to be completed.

Great location right on the beach with restaurants, shopping, and coffee within a short drive. Condo was clean and well stocked.

This is a awesome place to stay. We enjoyed our time. It is not a busy area which is the way me and family like. It is great for family time one on one. The owners are wonderful to deal with and very responsive.

We had a great time!

Owners were so nice. We had our own parking space in a lower level garage which was nice considering the heat. They have everything you need. It was very clean. Highly recommended.

We had a great time in Ormond Beach! The property owners were very attentive and responsive. They made us feel right at home and there was plenty of room for a family of 6. We will invest in this property again!!!.

Beautiful beach front condo

Enjoy the sunrise and beach at your door. The Van Lee is a great property! The manager is OUTSTANDING, probably the best I have encountered.

Great place !!!

Everything you need on vacation. The condo had all bases covered, everything you could need for comfort and to enjoy your stay. There is a Publix close. Great beach area ,and pool area. I can't wait to bring my family back again.

Beautiful ocean views

The condo was clean and comfortable, in a great location with beautiful ocean views. The owners attention to detail was amazing! The condo is equipped with just about anything you could need, including beach toys & chairs. My family enjoyed a wonderful vacation here and would definitely come back!

Perfect condo in a perfect location

The condo is very clean and exactly as advertised. Perfect location with beachfront access. It's a quick drive down to downtown Daytona. The sound of waves all day is awesome too. Owners also had a binder with take-out menus for restaurants, and they were very helpful when we asked about a specific place to eat! Definitely would stay again.

Third year at property, fabulous location. Great view of space launches. Difficult to get to beach if you have mobility issues. Covered secure parking.

Lovely place!

The beach view was wonderful! The condo clean and comfortable. It is quite dated, but very clean. Everything you need is in the condo. Plenty of towels albeit they are a bit worn. Easy communication with the owner. I would definitely stay here again.
