Cape Style Home qui a été fraîchement peint avec de nouveaux comptoirs de cuisine et de granit. Deux salons avec cheminée à gaz dans l'un d'entre eux. Plateau fraîchement peint du salon avec piscine au-dessus du sol. Marchez de la salle de séjour à la piscine en deux étapes. Il y a deux chambres à l'étage (une avec un lit queen et l'autre avec un lit complet). Il y a un sous-sol partiellement aménagé avec une chambre et un lit queen. Beaux jardins et arrière-cour.

Had a great stay!

Valerie's house was clean and in a nice, quiet neighborhood. Great location for exploring Bar Harbor and Acadia, and close to anything you could need in Ellsworth. The pool was very refreshing after a day of hiking! We would definitely stay again in the future!

Wonderful stay near Acadia

The house is very clean and we had plenty of room for our family. The pool and outside area are well kept and the kids enjoyed swimming. All the comforts of home and communication with owners was very easy.

Good for Families...Great pool !

Our grandkids really loved the pool. The house was clean and spacious. It was about 20 miles from Acadia /Bar Harbor.areas. Communication was good with host. We requested extra towels and had them the next morning. SENIORS may not be comfortable in this house because the stairs are narrow, steep and have no hand rails, and there is no bathroom on the floors where the sleeping areas are. Also , if you mind the heat, only the LR and one bedroom are airconditioned. The other upstairs bedroom was too hot to sleep in, even with a fan, while we were there in July.

Great place

We really enjoyed our stay at Valerie’s house. It was very comfortable and a good location in a quiet area. It was just the right distance away from the busy Bar Harbor. It was too chilly to enjoy the above ground pool, but we loved the fire pit! The beds were comfortable and they have plenty of kitchen things for making a few meals at home. Loved the area and exploring Acadia! Would stay again.

Great place

Had a great stay. Was too chilly to use the pool but it was very clean. Home was very clean and fit 4 adults and 2 children just perfect. Would stay again if we come back to the area.

Perfect for us!

This house was perfect for our family of 6 adults and 2 dogs. We spent most of our time in Bar Harbor and Acadia but dinners and games after will be lasting memories!

Beautiful Property close to Acadia and Bar Harbor

Valerie was a wonderful host. The house was a great place for our family to land after busy days in and around Acadia. It's about a 30 minute drive to Acadia and Bar Harbor. Proximity to Ellsworth makes grocery runs and other necessities very convenient.

We had a great time and the kids loved the pool. There are a couple things I would change but honestly nothing to make a fuss over. It was in a quiet little area and away from the craziness of bar harbor traffic which was a bonus. We would return

Great stay

Nice little cottage in a quiet neighborhood. The wonderful weather and setting made us not want to leave! So peaceful! It’s just a short drive to Walmart and other stores and convenient for visiting Acadia National Park and other area attractions. The only thing that could make it better is if the bathroom was on the same level as the bedrooms or if the stairs were less steep—a little difficult to navigate steep stairs in an unfamiliar house in the middle of the night, especially for an older person! Thankfully though, the sofas are both comfortable to sleep on. Valerie was so kind and communicated very quickly. She set up an air mattress for us in the basement and we were all comfortable. Thank you Valerie!

Great place!

Wonderful house near Bar Harbor and convenient to Mt. Desert Island and Acadia National Park. 3 double or queen beds, full kitchen, laundry available, above-ground pool (not used, we were there for Acadia) and a fire pit. No air conditioning but even in July, we didn't need it. Quiet, would be a great place to relax, except too much to see and do in the area. My only regret? We didn't stay longer!

Lovely area to stay!

The home was in a nice quiet neighborhood located minutes from Lamoine beach and 20-30 min from bar harbor and Acadia National Park. So much to do in the area! No problem with communicating with the owners. They were great! Pool was an added bonus just not a lot of time to use it because there were so many other things to do! Valerie offered to leave an air mattress for us too, just for a little extra room with our 5 kids, which was nice of her to do! Thank you again! We loved Maine!

Wonderful getaway

We had a great time at this property. As soon as we got there our kids jumped in the private pool. Communication with the owner via the app was easy and quick. Valerie left a comprehensive list of tips for the house and for things to do in the area. The drive to Acadia and Bar Harbor was easy and it was nice to be on the outskirts of the hustle and bustle. Shopping centers are within a close drive. The house had everything we needed and we even extended our stay by a day without issue. Thank you Valerie!

Beautiful home

Valerie was very helpful with any question we had before our visit and during. The house was beautiful and location was wonderful. It is very peaceful here and it is close to everything. We would definitely stay here on our next visit to Maine.

I am a school teacher, and have 5 grandchildren. We are only a few miles away if you need anything during your stay.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

It is like being in a brand new home! We are located on a quiet road, but close to Bar Harbor, Acadia National Park, and Ellsworth! We are also 3 minutes away from Lamoine State Park, Lamoine Beach, and Blunts Pond. Blunts pond is a great place for swimming or fishing. There are also hiking trails in Lamoine! We have an above ground swimming pool and nice deck off the living room.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

Our home has a brand new kitchen with granite countertops. We have two bedrooms with a partially finished basement with a queen sized bed. At Lamoine State Park, many people go fishing for mackerel right off the dock. Lamoine Beach has incredible views out the bay and nice place to walk along the shore.
