Excellent stay. Host was responsive when there was a question. The home is clean and family friendly, the property is fabulous. We were a family of 7 and there was something for everyone. Tucson is a clean, safe city and the proximity to the mountains and desert made it even better. A great value for a family.
My wife and I very much enjoyed our stay in this beautiful property. Amazing views day and night. The gourmet kitchen was wonderful to prepare meals in. Thank you for an amazing stay!
Canât say enough about this wonderful property ! The views were extraordinary especially in the evening while in the spa admiring the twinkling city lights. The gourmet kitchen appliances made cooking a joy. Thank you for the wonderful stay.
The property was very spacious and well maintained. The views were spectacular. The evening views of the city lights were amazing. Great kitchen! We will be back next year.
This was two grandparents, two parents and four children ages 3-9. The home helped turn our trip into a truly special one, from its location in the foothills with a spectacular view, great pool, lovely tasteful furnishings, and very responsive property manager. We will always remember our stay here!
My sisters and I came for some warm weather relaxing. The location is convenient to nice hiking trail and pickleball courts. The kitchen was very well equipped and a delight to use. The steep driveway was no big deal although we drove in forward and backed out. Management was very responsive and nice. Furniture comfortable but a little cluttered. Would highly recommend.
House was exactly as it appears. We had some minor issues with gate access that were resolved quickly by property manager. Although it was colder than expected, we did enjoy the hot tub. One of our party was surprised one morning when two javelinas crawled under the fence into the patio area. Her scream sent them running back down the hillside.
Relaxing Stay and Enchanting Hilltop Views of Tucson
This property has everything you could want and more for a visit to Sabino Canyon and Tucson. Gorgeous location and lots of amenities. The owner is very accommodating and responds promptly to communications. Our group thoroughly enjoyed the spacious rooms and heated spa at sunset each night. Would love to return!

We had a wonderful stay. Owner communication was easy, timely and accommodating. Location is lovely. Views of Catalinas and city. Convenient to shopping, restaurants and hiking. House was clean, nice amenities and full of interest and space. Great family retreat.
I, along with my family and friends very much enjoyed our 3 week stay at The Tucson Hilltop Estate and we have already reserved a 4 week stay for 2026. There are many positives about this unique home. To begin with, the hilltop location and many balconies make for unbelievable views both day and night. We enjoyed many sunrises and sunsets enjoying a cup of coffee or a glass of wine. The hot tub was very relaxing and the days we had the pool heated it was enjoyable for my family and friends. The kitchen major appliances were first class and it was stocked with all the coffee makers, blenders, cookware and utensils you could possible need. The home is very large and there is ample space regardless of whether you want to spend time together or apart. The beds were fine and there are TVs located throughout the home. With all of the personal items and knick knacks throughout the home you got the feeling you were staying at someone else's home but it was not overwhelming. The furniture is dated but is very functional. There were however, a few items that could have been improved upon. I felt the home was not properly stocked with the necessary basic supplies. There were virtually no garbage bags, dishwashing detergent, toilet paper, paper towels, etc. I don't expect large quantities of these items but a more ample supply would have been nice. A number of the TV remotes required new batteries and I had to provide my own USB ports. (Not enough capacity to finish review.)
We had a wonderful time at the Tucson Hilltop Estate, the home had plenty of room and areas to gather. Beautiful views everywhere, close to many delicious places to eat and great location for sight seeing.
We had a wonderful stay. The house was very accommodating, plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms and gathering areas. Best parts were the numerous outdoor sitting areas, pool and views. Thank you for sharing your home with us.
Our family stayed at this property during Spring Break. We had a great time. The owner was very attentive and helpful. We most certainly would stay there again in the future. We would highly recommend this property if you are visiting Tucson.
Loved everything about this property and location! The home's design, windows, and decks provide spectacular views of the city and mountains from every room. There are sweet, comfy nooks inside and out for reading, chatting, napping. The house is full of light. The kitchen and appliances are to die for. My husband and I are already thinking to return to this abode! Enjoy!
My family of 8 adults stayed for the holidays. Caryl is an excellent host. She was always quick to respond to my questions. Her suggestion of having the hot tub heated at specific times two times per day was excellent, took away any logistical problems of remote start. The property was at a great location for the hiking activities of my family The steepness of the driveway was pretty intimidating the first go, but pro tip is to go in reverse and use backup camera. There are a lot of stairs in the house and the steepness of the driveway may make this property a challenge for some seniors or those with mobility issues. We had a lovely vacation.
Will never forget this magnificent, mysterious home.
You would be wise to appreciate the history of what lies within these walls. What are you here for? A relaxing escape from the day to day? An adventure in the mountains? A celebratory occasion? A mournful reason? Whatever it is, be aware of your blessings. Be present. Be grateful. And most of all, be respectful of all that may surround you here. It could be more than meets the eye, if you allow. It was an honor. Would return in a heartbeat.
The estate is located in a gated community with amazing city and mountain views. The eclectic decor appeals to the most discerning tastes. The gourmet kitchen is a chefs dream!
