Things to know
• State Identification Card or Driver License copy will be requested upon booking.
• Bedroom 3 has two full-over-full bunk beds with twin trundles underneath. While the setup includes two twin beds, please note that both are trundles located under the bunks.
House rules
• The DUMB WAITER is not an elevator and is not suitable to carry people. There is a weight limit and damage to the equipment could result in charges to the guest for repairs. Please also ensure it is left at the ground level position when not in use to ensure damage does not occur.
• Only dogs are allowed. Maximum of 1 dog per stay. A $175 pet fee + taxes applies.
• For same day late check-ins, you need to get the host's approval before booking.
• NO SMOKING in unit/house as well as the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250.00 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens.
• No parties or events: Violators will be charged a $500 fine.
• Please note: We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities, or parking lots.
• Traveler must be at least 25 years of age to make a reservation.
