Spend time around the fire-pit while you sip a glass of wine and watch the deer meander about the property and let your inner child out on the swing! And, at the end of the day, you can unwind and relax in the large hot tub! Managed by Heavenly Hosts



The Space:

The bedroom is located downstairs with a queen bed, while the loft, featuring the living area and TV is accessible via an exterior staircase or a steep interior ladder. The bathroom, which includes a garden tub, is also downstairs. Guests can enjoy the outdoor hot tub for relaxation.



- Kitchenette includes an electric burner/hot plate (no oven), mini fridge, separate ice maker, sink, coffee maker and toaster

- 2 Smart TV's; one downstairs near the bedroom and one upstairs in the living room area

- Telescope added! (Note: The telescope is currently not working and is pending repair or replacement. Until further notice, it has been removed from the cabin and the listing.)

- Private Hot tub

- Fire pit (BYO firewood)

- Outdoor shower is currently out of order and pending repairs. It's been removed from the listing.



BURN BAN EFFECTIVE - Gillespie County Burn Ban is ON, Effective Monday, February 2, 2026: Attached please find a local DECLARATION OF DISASTER & ORDER RESTRICTING OUTDOOR BURNING related to imminent threat of wildfires. Restrictions: NO open fires/burning and NO smoking.

As a result, outdoor wood-burning fire pits are NOT permitted. This mandate is enforced by the city and county and is beyond our control. You are welcome to use Gas fire pits and BBQ grills, if applicable. For charcoal grills, please allow all hot coals to cool completely inside the grill before disposing of them. Please review the property listing to confirm the type of fire pit and grill available, if applicable. If it is discovered that the fire pits/chimineas/outdoor fireplaces were used or wood was burned during your stay, a fine starting at $100 will be applied. This is a serious fire safety issue, and we kindly ask that you comply with all city-mandated regulations. Thank you for your understanding!

Other Things to Note:

This property is NOT suitable for children/infants.



This property is pet-friendly. Pet fee is waived for the 1 pet and up to 35 lbs. Pets are not allowed on furniture/beds. Please pick up after your pet. Pets must be kenneled if ever unattended. We do provide a dog house for your fur-baby!



- Pest Control is scheduled quarterly. Due to the house being in the hill country, you will encounter critters. This is common even with pest control treatments.
