Important Building Update: Exterior Painting Project (May 2025 â Spring 2026)
Our building is undergoing a scheduled exterior painting project beginning May 2025, with an estimated duration of 8â12 months. This is routine maintenance completed every 10 years to keep the property in excellent condition.
Current Progress & Schedule
Stacks 04 & 05: August 24 â September 24, 2025
Stacks 06 & 07: September 25 â October 25, 2025
Stacks 08 & 09: October 25 â November 25, 2025 (this unit is an 08)
Please note: During this 08/09 phase, the pool will be closed for safety.
What to Expect:
Work is quiet â no loud construction noise.
Each stack of units takes about 2â3 weeks, but timing is weather dependent. They are doing 2 stacks at once.
Balcony Access
Furniture comes inside. You may go out on balconies when before working hours or after working hours. We light camping chairs out that you will need to bring in and out. Cannot go out while active wet paint or work is being done.

**OTHER THINGS TO NOTE **
Minimum age: 25 (minimum age of primary renter)
1. Management fee is $145. In being as transparent as possible with this fee. This covers you for any incidental damage done to the unit during your stay. VRBO insurance is simply not enough to cover multi million dollar homes.

Is not available. (If the unit is ready early, our check in agent will let you know)
LATE CHECK IN FEE:
This fee is charged for "after hours" arrivals at a residential building.
** 8:01pm-11:59pm: $50
** 12am+: $100
PETS:
One pet
20lb weight limit
No aggressive breeds
Need up to date vet records showing rabies
$150 pet fee
KEYS OR KEY FOBS: If lost or damaged are $75 to replace.
STARTER SUPPLIES:
We provided a starter kit of household items; A few trash bags, laundry pods, dish detergent pods, toilet paper rolls, and one roll of paper towels. Once ours is gone it is the guestâs responsibility to purchase the things they need.
CHECKOUT: is at 10:00 am
PARKING:
ONE garage spot with 6'7ft clearance guaranteed.
ONE garage access pass to the first come first serve spots for a second vehicle (If the complex is full parking for a second vehicle may not be available)
If your vehicle does not fit in the garage you will have to find other parking accommodations.
NO THIRD VEHICLES.
NO TRAILERS.
NO OUTDOOR PARKING ON SITE.
CHECKOUT LIST:
1. Wash & dry one load of towels (no folding needed)
2. Put dishes in dishwasher and start prior to leaving
3. Strip beds that were used and leave next to the bed
4. Take the trash out
5. Set AC back to 78
6. Make sure sliding doors are closed
7. All keys/fobs left on the table
8. Report if anything was broke or lost during your stay
9. Let Lucas know once you have departed
