Fabuleux condo en bord de mer de 3 chambres (avec 2 suites principales en bord de mer) et Internet

Notre unité est une grande unité de 2 358 pieds carrés décorée par des professionnels, 2 358 pieds carrés, avec un immense balcon de plus de 400 pieds carrés en bord de mer. Notre bùtiment a environ 10 ans avec des plafonds de 10 pieds, des comptoirs en granit, des appareils en acier inoxydable, etc., et est l'un des plus beaux, sinon le plus beau bùtiment de la plage. Il y a 2 suites principales en bord de mer qui sont équipées de lits king size, de téléviseurs suspendus, de chaises berçantes, et les deux ont accÚs au balcon. La 3Úme chambre a un lit queen, un lit jumeau et une bascule. Toutes les chambres ont une grande télévision à écran plat avec lecteur DVD. Le salon a une grande télévision à écran plat avec une cheminée, un lecteur DVD, un grand canapé et 3 autres chaises confortables. La cuisine gastronomique a des comptoirs en granit, des appareils en acier inoxydable, un ßlot avec un évier séparé, un refroidisseur à vin intégré, une cafetiÚre kuerig, une cafetiÚre normale et bien plus encore. Nous avons également le wifi, des chaises de plage, des parasols, des jouets, etc. Le balcon en bord de mer a une table et des chaises de salle à manger 6 haut, chaise longue. 2 culbuteurs en résine et un grill Jenn Aire intégré. Notre bùtiment a un état de la salle d'exercice avec des téléviseurs intégrés, une salle Internet / conférence, un club-house avec une table de billard, une télévision et une cheminée, et une immense terrasse supplémentaire pour votre usage. Notre piscine extérieure est à la fois belle et chauffée et nous avons également un jacuzzi, un foyer et un sauna. Nous ne sommes qu'à quelques kilomÚtres de l'aéroport et de la piste de course et trÚs proche de tout ici localement et nous ne sommes qu'à environ une heure de Disneyworld, St. Augustine et le Kennedy Space Center. En été, les week-ends et la saison plus occupée, la ville place généralement la tour des sauveteurs juste en face de notre immeuble, ce qui est idéal pour les enfants. Nous avons également un concierge pendant la semaine pour répondre à toutes les questions que vous pourriez avoir et nous avons généralement un gardien de sécurité sur notre propriété la nuit.

Wonderful vacation

We had an amazing vacation. Craig was an exceptional host who gave a great tour of the property. The condo is beautiful. The pictures do not show how lovely it is. The views of the ocean and sunrise were magnificent. We truly enjoyed our vacation and hope to be back soon.

Amazing condo!!

We stayed at Ocean Vistas for Spring Break and I can not recommend this condo enough! Craig gave us a tour as soon as we arrived and was very helpful throughout our stay. The condo is spacious and had everything you could possibly need. The ocean view from our balcony was breathtaking. We will be back!

Wonderful stay!

We had a wonderful week at this condo. Craig went above and beyond to make our stay a great one. He welcomed us with a personal tour of the building when we arrived and stayed in contact throughout the week to ensure our stay was going well. The condo itself was clean, spacious, and nicely decorated. We particularly enjoyed the extra-large balcony with a beautiful view of the ocean. We look forward to returning to this condo for another vacation.

PERFECT PROPERTY!

As we walked off the elevator and approached the double doors, I knew it was gonna be nice! Great location, quiet complex, spacious condo, huge balcony with a grill. Pool and Hot Tub are great! Some beach accesses at other locations are being reconstructed because of last year's hurricane, but this complex' access was perfect. We didn't want to leave!

Beautiful condo and location!

Craig was absolutely wonderful to deal with when we got there. Communication was above expectations and he showed us around everything when we arrived. We felt very well informed of all the things needed to know for our stay. The condo and view itself. What can I say. Best place so far we have ever stayed each year we have come down. Beautiful view from the balcony and we spent most of our time when at the condo on that balcony overlooking the ocean view. We will be considering this our yearly stay each year.

A week in Paradise!

Very well appointed and clean. Beautiful unobstructed views of the ocean. It was wonderful to hear the surf all day and night, especially at night. Craig was very responsive. The coffee maker broke one morning and he had a replacement over the same day. Can't do without coffee!!! The beach in this part of Daytona is a bit out of the hubbub to the north and very walkable and pleasant. We could spot dolphins almost every day, as well as the ubiquitous pelicans, a few ospreys and egrets, and other shore birds. The stairs down to the beach from the pool area are not reconstructed yet, but you have easy beach access through the garage and a public staircase just beside the condo building. The only glitch was that I arrived after 11pm and could not enter the condo building's foyer. My BIL had met with Craig for the 3pm walkthrough and he had all the correct instructions for a later entrance. There was supposed to be an attendant on site to open the front door, but was not there. Fortunately my BIL was reachable and I didn't have to spend the first night on the street! Also, WiFi is excellent; cell service inside was spotty (Verizon). All in all, I would definitely recommend this property, and may return in the future.

Beautiful facility. Exceptionally clean accommodations. Amazing sunrises. Mere steps from the beach, and convenient to everything. Bikettoberfest was in full swing, but you couldn’t tell, unless you were looking for the bikes. Super easy check in and very accommodating host. Will definitely stay here again!!!!

This is a very nice building that is quiet. We had our dog with us, and the building has a dog park steps away from our door. The condo is on the 2nd floor and close to all the building amenities. I feel the space is larger than it looks in the photos. The owner met us at the condo, shown us the underground parking spot, shown us the around the building and answered our questions about what is around the area. This is a very nice setup and had everything we needed.

Wasnt expecting to be disturbed by construction

The condo was beautiful - fully equiped. The ocean was right there in full view. If you are immobile at all it was difficult to access beach and pool. We rented the condo for 2 weeks and 2 days in construction started above us...we had to listen to jackhammers for 2 days then pounding and hammering for the rest of the first week. The second week we listened to banging and hammering thru wednesday. It was supossed to be a respite trip after a long year of medical issues and ended up quite the opposite. I think we should have been given the option to leave with a refund...that would have been the proper thing to do. Craig, though very nice, claimed he wasnt aware of any construction planned but didnt have a solution that was suitable to us when the construction occurred.

Thanksgiving 2021

Fabulous property with every amenity you would like and even more! Spacious, spotless, elegant, and welcoming. Huge patio with grill and the oceanfront view was expansive and gorgeous. Convenient to everything. gas fireplace, every kitchen small appliance you could imagine (fondue maker was fun one evening!). Gym, sauna, pool table room, rotating library were all used by my party. Owner was welcoming and thorough. Couldn’t have dreamed a better vacation, willl be back!

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

We bought this property because we love the building, the oceanfront balcony and the floor plan. We love the idea that when we go to the beach with another family, that we both get our own master suites right on the ocean and that they both access the oceanfront deck. The kids get the 3rd bedroom and the place is so big, that none of us get in each others way. The balcony is easily twice the size of most any other building and it is very private, unlike many of the other buildings in the area. The kitchen is to die for and my husband loves the workout room which he says has better equipment than most fitness centers.
