We have nearly completed our first year as condo owners, so we want to welcome you! Please allow us to tell you what made us so excited to own the unit and share it with you and your family when we don't use it.

The Condo is a large beachfront 3 BR 3 bath with 2,250 sf of living space, plus a spacious 203 sf private balcony on the 8th floor with breathtaking Atlantic Ocean sunrises, spectacular river and racetrack view sunsets and overall luxurious oceanfront living that looks down right on the beach and two pools. The balcony has rare, unobstructed long views of the beach both north and south and is the perfect height to enjoy cool refreshing breezes, hear the surf, marvel as the pelicans fly by, see space launches, watch the beach activity and laugh at kids and families playing on the sand and in the surf.

The large main living room features floor-to-ceiling glass going out to the balcony with constant ocean views, amazing sunrises and very comfortable furniture.

**IMPORTANT FOR SLEEPING 7 OR 8 PEOPLE: Note that we have a new queen air mattress that is available to use in the living room - this is if you need to sleep more than 6 people. There is also a new full air mattress if you need to sleep 10.

The spacious open air front patio features amazing Halifax River views that feature the Daytona Speedway in the distance as a backdrop for amazing sunsets.

Finally, if you open the front door and the balcony shades, you can enjoy both ocean and river views at the same time.

The condo is family friendly, sunlit, cozy, fully furnished and wholly equipped.

The kitchen has been remodeled and is a complete cooks kitchen.

The master bedroom has it’s own ocean view with a huge walk in closet and master bath.

The 2nd bedroom has a large window view of the river and its own full bath.

The 3rd bedroom has the same but has access to a full hallway bathroom. It has two twin beds that can be pushed together to make a queen bed.

All bathrooms have high end custom showerhead units

The condo includes access to an amazing amount of relaxing amenities including 2 new heated outdoor pools, one outdoor spa, an indoor pool, indoor spa, sauna, game room with 2 pool tables and a workout room - true luxury and convenience all in one place.

It also includes private beach access for easy walks, swims or use the 6 beach chairs, umbrella, tent and cart provided for a great time on the beach.

Washer and dryer are included as well as secure, free parking, bike storage, a storage unit and a smart lock.

1 queen and 1 full air mattresses are available

No pets or smoking is allowed in the building.

St Maartens is one of the best buildings in Daytona Beach, fully renovated with a wide choice of amenities. It is in a quiet area but just minutes from the popular tourist areas. Walk down to the quaint and charming shopping area or rent a bike and ride along one of the most magnificent beaches in Florida. It is only a short drive to 'downtown' Daytona Beach, where you'll find the new OceanWalk area with movie theatres, restaurants and concerts in the Bandshell. You'll find Ponce Inlet only 4 miles south, with its numerous restaurants on the water, boating and fishing, and the historic Ponce Inlet Lighthouse. Cross over the bridges to the mainland, and enjoy a day at the Daytona Speedway. Or drive just 1 to 1 1/2 hours to Orlando for all its attractions. Whatever your pleasure, you'll have many hours of fun and relaxation in this lovely condo. Golfers don't forget to bring your clubs! There are many outstanding and affordable golf courses in the area.
