→ INITIAL SUPPLIES UPON ARRIVAL - Millerbnbs furnishes a few essential items for guests to utilize until they can get to the grocery store. Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap starter pack, 4 trash bags, and one paper towel roll. Each bathroom has travel size amenities including shampoo, conditioner, soap bar and body wash. Two rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom is provided.

→ TOWELS - We provide 1 bath towel and 1 washcloth per guest, along with 1 hand towel for each bathroom and 2 kitchen towels per stay.

→ SECURITY DEPOSIT - After booking, guests will complete a quick pre-arrival agreement and a refundable $200 hold will be placed on your card prior to check-in. If there is no damage to the unit or excessive cleaning required, the hold will be released within 7 days after your stay.

→ SECURITY CAMERA - For your safety and awareness, there is one exterior security camera located at the front of the home. It is used for security purposes only.
